Man Does Not Believe A Mini Taser Can Do Much Damage, Learns Truth The Hard Way

If tasers don’t already have a label saying don’t try to use it on yourself, this real story might make manufacturers rethink that.

Last year, a caring husband, Tony Welch from Ellisville, Mississippi decided to buy his wife a non-traditional gift. At The Gun Show, he found the perfect item – a taser. It might seem a little odd, but Tony was concerned with his wife’s safety, so a 100,000-volt pocket-sized taser for self-defense appeared to be a perfect choice.

Unfortunately Tony was a bit skeptical about the whole thing. Even though the instructions clearly stated the effects, he was not entirely convinced. And who could blame him? The taser he got measures about 5″ long and is powered by two AAA batteries. Anyone might be at least a little bit curious if this thing is even capable of tazing. But poor Tony couldn’t also anticipate what’s about to happen when he decided to test it out on himself. To not spoil the funny story, let’s just say that it taught him a fundamental lesson and made his wife burst into laughter.

Scroll down to read Tony’s story and please don’t try this at home!

Why can't I upvote this more? I have two (and they aren't tasers officially unless they fire prongs, these are called stun guns) and my husband and two boys wanted to "experience" what they'd feel like. My daughter wisely said, "no thank you, I'm good." I didn't test it on them, but why would they even want to know? They aren't law enforcement... (who should experience in my opinion).

pfff wow, it definitely works. Side note, this wouldn't happen to anyone attacked with a taser, he was shocked for a very long amount of time due to his muscles spasming and basically creating an involuntary grip on the button for the taser... yeah don't tase yourself and it's not rainbows to get tased either, it definitely works as intended
