I hate to break it to you but the same thing will happen in your 30's, 40's and probably beyond. I'm going to live my whole life convinced that people 10 years older than me are the 'real' grown ups.

I asked my husband to take a photo of me at the Grand Canyon for my FB profile and it was awful. A stranger asked us to take a photo of herself and her husband and they were so cute.

My youngest scares the c**p out of me. We paid 28k for our house in 1987. She and SIL paid 200k for their house 5-6 years ago. I can't even conceive. As a boomer, I am SO ashamed it has gotten here. Though...it was recently assessed (land tax) at over 300k.
