I'm 28 And Still Living With My Parents. This Is What I Got For Christmas
I, for one, do not undestand why there is shame in living with your parents
There really isn't a reason for it anymore as high housing prices and low wages make it difficult for the current generation to move into their own place. To my generation still living with your parents as an adult meant you didn't have your s**t together as there were very few good reasons for it. That is no longer the case now and I think it's time to shelve that particular prejudice.
Load More Replies...With the cost of rents, many young adults live with their parents. Every other country has their kids stay with them until they marry. Sometimes even after that.

Load More Replies...Most of them are people with caring parents... I don't see embarrassment here
I agree as well. These are so freakin' cute actually, we all need more posts like this. It's great to see even though my father is already gone and sometimes I'm a bit envy but I have a best mom in the world and we would fit here so well, we often watch cartoons together, few days ago we were catching Pokémons together as well and I recently turned 29 :D
Load More Replies...Those paraents have a good sense of humour and are very loving and caring. No matter what you get from your parent, you should appreciate it, because there will come a time, when you wish you could receive one more stupid, unnecessaty, childish gift from them. That's why I hope that all who shared their pics did it enjoying the things instead of making fun of their parents.
Once your parents are gone, you'll be nobody's kid any more, so you should just enjoy it while you have it.
Why so serious? Most of the pictures show loving parents that miss their childs or just want to make them happy. I‘m sad how many people lost their „inner child“. Looking in the comments shows me how happy I am that I‘m not that adult even when my age says that I‘m not a child anymore.
I can't explain how lucky each and everyone of the people in these pictures are. Having lost my mother at 19, I can't even begin to explain the void that has been created in my heart. So to all those people who have your parents alive and healthy, treat them well, let them know you love them and even looking at them with respect and smiling at them with kindness can get your message of kindness across (specially with the mums :) ) Extremely adorable post <3
The only time my mother embarrasses me is when she's rude in public. Other than that, I'll accept the GIANT glitter Easter egg with diet friendly chocolate and silly bunny figurine.
I’m 42 and every year when I go to my parents at Easter I have to search the house for my Easter basket. My Mom giggles uncontrollably if I can’t find it easily in the first minute or two.
I wish my parents where that sweet and caring. Nothing to be embarrassed and whine about. My parents don't even wish me good luck when I have tests or when I'm sick.
Good luck in all you do, and may any sickness you ever have be no more than the sniffles, but if you do get them i hope you get paid sick leave and free cable
Load More Replies...I don't see why people would be embarresed or whine about it. I wish my parents where that sweet and carring.
So bloody hard! You have to let them go; they're ADULTS, but it's so difficult. I still want to do her pain for her. But I can't.
embrace your inner child, I'm 33 and buy super hero stuff for myself!!!

Even if your an adult your parents will always see you as a little kid no matter how old you are.
I'm glad that many of these posts were from people who not only saw the humor, but appreciated it! I'm almost 50 and I still love when my mom surprises me with legos ("they were on sale"), a fun toy for my desk at work, or visits me cross the country and stocks my fridge! No matter the age, I think many of us will always be our mom's "babies"! I know that I feel the same towards my kids! <3
I had a meltdown at a family reunion when my mom started treating me like a r******d six-year-old - right in front of everybody else. I left the reunion early - good thing I had driven up by myself! We haven't had a reunion since.
Making me miss my mother who passed when I was 21. I can definitely see her doing some of these.
I'm 56 and my parents still think I like Archie comics
You are all blessed! How many kids would give anything to have such loving attentive parents!
I was at a Raiders game with my parents, and when we were leaving my dad expressed his worry about losing me in the crowd. It was sweet but .... I was 27 and live in a different state than my parents AND we have phones. xD
Its a reason for a funny dad to buy a funny tshirt and get to wear it.
Load More Replies...Man, I'm 39 years old, to be 40 next month, and I'd totally wear the HECK out of most of these pajamas. And eat all the candy. You young people need to find your whimsy. Life's a lot more fun without a stick up your a**e.
