He just seems like a genuinely awesome human being. I just want to make him cookies and make friends with him.

Don't cut seasons in two with a six month wait, then show me a trailer of the second part of the season that you've decided it's gonna have to wait (because that'll hype my expectations) instead I'll have to rewatch the whole thing eventually because I forgot who is who.

There was a time when heading to the theater to catch your favorite films on the big screen was a treat. But with streaming platforms now at our fingertips, watching movies at home has become a total game-changer.

Cozy movie nights at home are not just budget-friendly but they also allow you to indulge in your favorite snacks without breaking the bank. Plus, you can fast-forward through the boring bits and skip the songs you don’t like—pure movie-watching bliss!

This one is unfair because after the first episode, Netflix includes buttons for Skip Intro and Skip Recap. Possibly not on every show but I've had that on many series I watched.

It’s no surprise that Netflix has an impressive 277.65 million paid subscribers worldwide as of Q2 2024. And let’s be honest, that number doesn’t even count all the people binge-watching on a friend's or relative’s account.

In fact, Netflix saw a surge of over eight million new subscribers since the last quarter. This growth reflects just how much we love our streaming services and the convenience of enjoying our favorite shows and movies from the comfort of home.

Interestingly, the EMEA region—Europe, the Middle East, and Africa—boasts the largest share of Netflix subscribers, with nearly 94 million people tuning in from this part of the world. This means that almost a third of Netflix’s global subscriber base is spread across these diverse regions.

Netflix is a wasteland of series that got cancelled after 1 or 2 seasons. It's one of the first things I check now if a show seems like something I'd like to watch.

Data on Netflix subscribers by ethnicity also reveals some interesting trends. It turns out that Hispanic and African American viewers are more likely to watch Netflix daily compared to their white counterparts.

This diversity in viewership highlights how streaming services have become integral to everyday entertainment for many different communities.

Yeah but they don't do this when it actually matters. I watch a lot of Korean stuff and the subtitles are pretty good. And some of them are engaging enough I forget I am reading subtitles. Like, go to the kitchen to get a drink of water and realize I suddenly can't understand anything and should have paused it. hahah

Additionally, Netflix shines across all age groups. According to a survey, most adults aged 18 to 54 are loyal subscribers, showing that Netflix isn’t just a haven for the young or the seasoned—it's for everyone.

With the average subscriber spending a whopping 3.2 hours a day streaming on Netflix, it's clear that many of us are deeply familiar with both the highs and lows of binge-watching. Whether it's the agony of finishing a series too quickly or the joy of finding a new favorite show, these experiences are universal.

For instance, you might spend more time scrolling through endless options and reading reviews than actually watching something. It’s like you’re in a never-ending loop of “I’ll just pick something in a minute,” only to end up rewatching the same comfort show for the hundredth time. That shared experience of Netflix indecision is something many of us can laugh about.

The average Netflix user has watched over 49 days’ worth of content since creating their account. But let’s add another 4 days just for deciding what to watch. It’s a classic struggle: you’re in the mood for a comedy marathon, while your sibling is pushing for a documentary. It’s a scenario so relatable, it’s practically begging to be turned into a meme.

Similarly, when it comes to finishing a series and then staring blankly at the screen, desperately scrolling through endless titles only to find nothing that matches your previous binge, you know exactly what we’re talking about.

Clearly, streaming services have become a huge part of our lives, and the daily struggles that come with them are all too real. From endlessly scrolling through options to sibling showdowns, it’s no wonder these memes hit the nail on the head. Can you relate to any of these streaming struggles? Which one made you laugh the most?

Honestly, the villains SHOULD have a good argument. If they are just evil for the fun of it, I don't care. Thanos in the Avengers movies had a good motivation, but a bad solution.

That's like watching a show about Bigfoot or the Loch Ness Monster and being surprised nothing is definitive. If they were signing autographs you'd hear about it in the news.

That’s because you didn’t learn to watch from the middle of one episode to the middle of the next.

Disney, you know the reason she's called "Snow White" is because her skin is as white as snow, right?

I agree, it was brilliant and much more profound than the rest of the Bridgerton show. I cried like a baby at the end.
