I don't think anyone meant to offend anybody by posting these. I think the artwork is beautiful, but snapchat is a place to be silly!

This idea is taken from two books that are having quiet a huge success in Italy, "Mai 'na gioia" and "Ciaone" by Stefano Guerrera. The idea was born for fun spontaneously with a pb page promoted by this guy - actually quite competent in art studies - and then improved by the contributions by the readers of his fb page. Then it became two books (up now). Like it or not, lots of young people in Italy are having fun with art and are getting into its deepening much more than before, so...

the paintings where there long before the comments and sure folks have thought of many more over the years!

This is one way of making art fun. Maybe i would have taken more interest in finding out what these artists were trying to portray when I was at art school.

Seriously, these artworks are just so beatiful, and the humor is waay too crude compared to them. Or maybe it's just not for me.
