Noone can really be sure what will happen a new timeline,the destruction of specetime contuinum or loop within a loopwithin a loop ,until a time machine is created. Or none of this and it's not actually possible to go back in time, like a time barrier

Right. Doc Brown explained all about alternate time lines in Back to the Future, part 1 (or maybe part 2?). BTTF: Part time-travel research documentary, part sci-fi drama, ALL Delorian. Most EPIC trilogy EVER.

actually he would still exist, he would just create an alternate timeline. think of it this way, you go back in time and share food with your mom but she chokes and dies. you will still exist, you just created an alternate timeline where you don't exist. (I hope this helps and I know it's hard to wrap your head around.)

When my young adult son sees his alcoholic father failing miserably, he often comments that I was crazy for marrying him etc. Then I have to remind my son that without that alcoholic father....
