as others have said he needs to see a vet asap...cats will always prefer their litter box unless it is really dirty

when cats pee in inappropriate places that's a health issue...they are trying to tell you they need some help

she should put down an extra box, there needs to be one more box than the number of cats. Also location is important, they want privacy and not to be where it is super busy.

Kitty needs a vet check sooner than later.

You know sometimes cats are just arseholes and pee on your clothes doesn't always mean that something is wrong with them. It is them being 'oh you went out for the day, and left me alone, I'm peeing on your clothes b***h' because ya know arseholes that's what cats can be

I'm going to venture a guess and say it was the bigger cat with that "I hate this kitten" look in it's eyes. But that's just a guess, with no background information to really go on here.
