This Twitter Page Collects Behind-The-Scenes Pics That Look Like Bad Memes And Here’re 30 Of The Funniest Ones
Movie and TV sets can produce the funniest photos. Sure, if you are a cinephile or work in the industry, they probably won't surprise you. But try looking at these images at their face value. Which is exactly what the Twitter account "Behind The Scenes Pics That Look Like Sh*tposts" wants you to do.
Sharing exactly what its name promises, the account invites you on a tour through Hollywood's biggest studios, and the fact that you visit them without context really makes them look like bad memes. Where else would you see a man chatting with a bloody Jesus Christ and a guy pleasing Spider-Man on a car?
Just like WTF stock photos, these images raise more questions than answers. And that's the beauty of them.

The person behind the project is the "crayola comedian" known online as Thunder Eagle. "I got the idea for 'Behind The Scenes Pics That Look Like Sh*tposts' from two other extremely popular accounts, @sciencesh*tpost and @lyricsh*tposts," Thunder Eagle told Bored Panda.
They typically receive around 3-5 submissions a day, at least in DMs. "The most popular submissions, as expected, are from CGI-heavy movies," Thunder Eagle explained.
"My word Voldemort! I didn't recognize you with your nose!" "Yes, My dad finally gave it back"
Behind the scenes content has other names too. For example, you may have noticed extra footage on movies or documentaries titled as 'never before seen videos', or 'the making of.' Behind the scenes is raw, often unedited footage about the inner workings of the team—it cuts through the mystery and presents things the way they are rather than the way filmmakers want you to see them.
Behind the scenes pics and videos help people connect with a film in a way that's not possible through scripted content.
They can cover various stages of the journey, starting with the idea, planning, shooting, equipment used to bring together the different pieces of the puzzle. Audiences relate to such unique and authentic content, which can also increase viewership.
Interestingly, a survey by Livestream in collaboration with the NewYork Magazine found that 87% of people will watch a video if it includes behind the scenes content.
I didn’t even think about that. In order to pet Rocket in that scene, he had to pet a human in reality. Must’ve been a little awkward 😂
So how was your day? A little weird I pretended to be a raccoon and Dave Bautista petted me.
They probably had SUCH a hard time doing this scene without busting up laughing every time!
I would be fired because I wouldn't be able to stay serious
Load More Replies...But.. But.. Maybe I'm wrong but is THAT suppose to be Bradley Cooper? Cuz it is Bradley Cooper who played Rocket, right? 🙈
I think it's Sean Gunn. Bradley Cooper was the voice but not the physical actor for scenes like this.
Load More Replies...I hated his role as Kirk in Gilmore Girls soooo much - but in Guardians of the Galaxy he's great!
He actually portrayed the emotions rocket did and thats how they did his face, so it couldn't be covered with green.
Load More Replies...Thunder Eagle thinks behind the scenes pics make such good sh*tposts because they're so goofy looking. "Whether it's a guy in a monster costume doing normal things, pre-rendered CGI, an out-of-context storyboard, or whatever else. They change how you view movies you're so familiar with," they said.
Thunder Eagle also has a Youtube channel. There, you can find deadpan comedic videos, "primarily about video games, accompanied by preschool-level drawings."
"Excuse me Doctor, I seem to have a human up my bum. There was a mix up with the a**l probe"
Yeah!! Ray Harryhausen.... I have all those old movies....fell in love with stop motion...
I would never be able to act if I had to be around such hilarious thinga
I would never be able to act if I had to stare at this 😂
