What do anime and baking have in common with each other? In almost all cases, nothing, but in this case, they do have one thing in common. Kiri0izm is a Japanese artist who combines the two to create deliciously meticulous works of art. And they're by no means the works of an amateur: the characters are portrayed very accurately; they even seem to pop out of the cake, which is the artist's signature. I don't know for sure, but I'd bet they're delicious too, but I guess we'll never know, as they look too good to be eaten.
Scrolling through her works, it becomes obvious what her favorite anime series are. Her feed is riddled with characters from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Hypnosis Mic, Mob Psycho 100, and many others which you'll find out about if you take a look below. Enjoy!

That is some brilliant fondant/sugar icing molding, painting, and piping work there!
The amount of details in all of these are amazing-- I love how they used melted sugar for the character's glasses, watch face, and sake bottle.
Wow, I would be curious to know how much time was spent molding the hair alone. It would be fascinating to see a video of the baker/artist's process.
I love the pop-art vibe that the baker/artist was able to achieve with a combination of molding and painting. The effect with the molded zipper is really cool.
They are usually 100% edible. I think that is the point of making them, but I just couldn't eat something that cool. The artist put in a lot of effort, and I would feel bad about destroying it.
Wow, did she use melted sugar to achieve the shiny texture of the cape and waistcoat?
I love chibi anything, just about. In that regard, I am absolutely a weeb.
The level of detail on these is pretty mind-boggling considering the materials that the artist is working with. She is also able to achieve some really gorgeous colours with the food dyes.
that's the original series design for Hisoka right? bc I know he had blue hair in the 90s version before they remade it.
Amazing art but honestly it's a waste cause i would never be able to eat them!!! They are too good to destroy them!!
Out of 103, I recognize six. One Attack on Titan, Five from Demon Slayer. I need to watch more anime.
These are so amazing! I just can’t believe this is food I would never be able to eat it
