The subreddit r/dataisbeautiful truly lives up to its name. From global or internet trends to societal issues, this community covers it all in easy-to-understand visualizations that effectively convey otherwise complex information. Each graph, chart, or map has the potential to uncover patterns, expose correlations, or shed light on various topics. No wonder why as of today, over 19M people appreciate this subreddit.

So if you feel that sometimes life is just too difficult to comprehend, hopefully, this list will make you feel at least somewhat at ease knowing that even the most complex things can be summed up in a beautiful visualization.

To learn more about data and data analysis, Bored Panda reached out to Matthew Mayo, a Data Scientist and the Editor-in-Chief of KDnuggets, the seminal online resource for Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, and Analytics. Read the full interview with Matthew below.

That light pink area around Hudson Bay is the Canadian Shield. It covers about half of Canada. The land there is bedrock with a thin layer or topsoil. Muskeg, bogs, permafrost. Farming is not possible. This is why so many Canadians live by the US border.

Matthew's interests lie in natural language processing, algorithm design and optimization, unsupervised learning, and automated approaches to machine learning. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in computer science and a graduate diploma in data mining.

So in order to learn more about data, we reached out to Matthew to ask him a few questions relating to the subject. We were curious about how data analysts can effectively identify and address data quality issues in large datasets. Matthew shared: “Data quality issues in large datasets is a major concern in the analytics field, and ever more so with the increasingly larger datasets we continue to amass. Data analysts can effectively identify and address data quality issues in large datasets by employing some of these strategies. Data profiling involves statistical analysis and assessment of data for consistency, uniqueness, and logic to understand the quality of the data. It can be used to get a useful preliminary overview of the data. Data cleaning involves detecting and correcting or removing corrupt, inaccurate, or inconsistent data from a dataset. This helps explicitly remove data points of poor quality from the dataset. Techniques such as data imputation can be used to fill in missing values. Data validation involves checking if the data meets the specific requirements, rules, or norms to ensure the quality and reliability of data. This can ensure that individual data points are in the realm of the expected, or the coherent.

These few strategies, while only a small subset of those available to help analysts identify and address data quality issues in large datasets, can actually get you very far along the road to quality data when employed correctly. The key takeaway: An analyst's time is overwhelmingly spent trying to understand data, in large part to help ensure its quality.”

I've come to believe that is the purpose of religion for many over the years. That is, to justify doing terrible things to others while feeling like the "good team", i.e. white entitlements, misogyny, slavery, racism. The worst offenders justify their actions with religion.

It's good to have a reminder that religious belief is still shockingly high in the USA. I often read stories about people in the states losing their s**t over children's books featuring gay people or a trans person drinking beer and they only make sense when you realise the country is still full of people with the religious beliefs last seen in the UK in the 17th century.

When some of those books are basically softcore porn (and trust me, growing up as a degen on the internet before getting myself together, I can find many many comparisons that match the book content jo to porn content I looked at before, not an argument sadly.) it only makes sense the parents are mad. You wouldn't be pleased if someone who had nothing to do with your family was introducing complications at times when the kids don't need to worry about it. Education > Gender/Sexual Orientation.

KD stands for Knowledge Discovery. So if you are data-curious, feel free to check out their website.

For more information about data, we asked Matthew to share some best practices for data analysts to ensure accurate and meaningful data visualization and reporting. “Meaningful and accurate data visualization and reporting tend to come down to one thing: impact. Here are a few best practices for making an impact on your work.

Emphasizing the importance of choosing the right visualization may seem overly simplistic, but it's something we should all be reminded of from time to time. Data analysts should choose the type of data visualization that best conveys the information on hand, be it bar charts for comparisons, line graphs for trends, etc. Another way to make your data visualizations have an impact is by maintaining simplicity. A general rule is that visualizations should be as simple as possible since overcomplicating can confuse or mislead the audience. Data should also always be presented with adequate context to help viewers understand the implications of the analysis. Another no-brainer is the attention to detail in your reporting and visualizations. Appropriate use of color, ensuring accurate scale, and including legends and labels when necessary are all easy ways to increase engagement with visualizations and keep a focus on the project's simplicity, as well as the appropriate use of whitespace, headings, and line spacing in a report.

Lies, damn lies, statistics. Wednesday way down at 18.6B is one series 8 episodes, Stranger Things up at 52B has 4 series a total of 34 episodes, NCIS 20 seasons 457 episodes, Encanto is one film and is up at 27.4B. The number of streams isn’t always the most accurate way to grade a series. If you divide the number of streams by the number of episodes you get a more accurate way to judge the popularity of a particular programme.

It matters, there ain't no such thing as defence alliance in EU. Alltough Sweden may be pretty safe as it doesn't share a landborder with Russia. Being part of the EU gives them some benefits, but saying it doesn't matter is foolish. Army in Sweden Is weak on its own, So it really needs to be part of NATO. Swedes are hopefully not freeriders, So they need open their eyes and get the point. Ask finns.

We were also curious to learn about the key skills and qualifications that organizations should look for when hiring a data analyst. Matthew wrote: “The key skills and qualifications that organizations should be looking for in a data analyst are as follows:- Problem-solving skills: Ability to approach complex problems and provide practical solutions.

    - Languages and software: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and software like Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

    - Statistical analysis: Understanding of statistics and probability to interpret and analyze data.

    - Machine learning: Knowledge of machine learning algorithms can be a plus to anticipate trends and patterns.

    - Data visualization: Ability to present data in a visual context to make it easier for others to understand.

    - Communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical team members.

As you can see, the technical skills are sandwiched between the soft skills of problem-solving and communication. Before you undertake a project, critical and analytical skills are needed to plan out the exploration and solution roadmap. Once you are finished with the analysis, your communication skills are needed to convey results with the stakeholders.

The key takeaway: Technical skills are definitely important, but don't overlook the soft skills.”

See, when they don't control immigration into the US, all of the garbage comes in, and we have to deal with it our cities, and their cities empty out, lowering their crime rate. I agree that the majority of people likely do not have all the streaming services. As well as some are bundled together, like Amazon video which is included with Prime. Regardless, streaming has so many benefits over cable, aside from the obvious of being able to watch what you want when you want. Having to pay $80+ and still have long loud commercial breaks... No, thank you! I pay so I don't have commercials.

Peacock has a premium version you can get without commercials. There are some shows that you can only get on the premium version. I got it to watch a series I wanted to see and couldn't find elsewhere. It was like $9.95 a month. Then I dropped it when I was done with the series.

If you are interested in becoming a data analyst and you match all the skills and qualifications, you should also consider what challenges data analysts face when working with unstructured data, and how they can overcome them. Matthew shared his experience. “Unstructured data comes with its own set of challenges. However, given that so much of today's data is unstructured, they are challenges that require attention. Here are some of the biggest such challenges and their considerations.

    - Lack of metadata: Unstructured data often lacks metadata, which makes it difficult to understand and use. One way to overcome this is by implementing data cataloging or automatic metadata generation tools.

    - Scale and complexity: Unstructured data can be difficult to analyze, simply due to its nature. Leveraging big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark can help in processing and analyzing such data.

    - Data quality: As unstructured data comes from various sources, it often presents quality issues. Using machine learning techniques, including natural language processing in the case of the vast amount of unstructured text data that makes up the web, can help clean and standardize unstructured data.

As you can see, the second and third points relate directly to the first question regarding identifying and addressing data quality issues in large datasets.

The key takeaway: Unstructured data requires additional care, which in and of itself can help mitigate data quality issues.”

A lot of US spending for healthcare goes directly from the taxpayer to Pharma companies. Despite having two forms of heath insurance, my husband's cancer drugs are unaffordable. So the difference is paid by taxpayer grants. Drug prices are largely unregulated so Pharmas can jack the prices as much as they want. Taxpayers cover the increases else patients start dying. Legal extortion.

Skewed somewhat away from the US as it’s healthcare is ran in a completely different way to the vast majority of the rest of the world. When insurance and healthcare run the numbers then the numbers get awfully big incredibly quickly, it’s a horrific way to hold your citizens to ransom and the individuals are the ones who lose out without having any power to stop it. Big business brings big money to the table.

Hm, "life expectancy" is often misunderstood or misused. Usually it includes infant mortality, which is higher in poorer countries and has a big effect on the satistics of mean life expectancy. Once an individual has survived the first years there is less difference between countries as to how old you can get. That seems to have more to do with healthy food and work (and maybe number of weapons per capita - no particular country in mind ;-))

For context, for those who aren't familiar, Rotten Tomatoes is using the critical score, which the scoring is divided as such. "Rotten" films have an approval rating beneath 60% of critics who liked the film. "Fresh" films have an approval rating of 60% or more of critics who liked the film. And even then, just because a critic gave the film a high rating, it doesn't mean they gave the film a 10/10 (or whichever grading equivalent they use).

Essentially each star out of 5 stars in a review equals 20% tomato. A 3 star rating gives you 60%, for "Fresh". 4 stars = 80%, 4.5 = 90%, 5 = 100%. The aggregate*liked this movies" is % of reviews that give it at least 3 stars.

The higher the number, the better. Rotten Tomatoes works a little weird, as the score is of a consensus, where it's based on the percentage of critics who like/gave a favourable score a certain movie (or tv show), and not taking the actual scores into consideration.

And lastly, Matthew added: “Hand in hand with the importance of data analysis, the ethics of data collection, usage, and storage should always be kept in mind. The ideals of informed consent, privacy, security, and fairness should not be afterthoughts in data analytics. Moreover, organizations should foster a data-driven culture where decisions are backed by data, and continuous learning is encouraged to keep up with the ever-evolving field of data analytics. The importance of these issues should lead to a need for qualified data analytics experts for a long time to come.

Whatever you do, don't overlook the importance of being able to share your results and tell a good story with data. Stakeholders are looking forward to using your analysis to help solve a problem, so make it easy for them to do so.

I am confused why a lot of languages don't have a blue second language bar? Even Standard Arabic? No information about speakers available or just so few speakers, the tiny blue bar isn't visible?

Probably the latter. Not enough people learning it as second language to make a dent in the bar.

Looks like the female reproductive system. Coincidence it's in Africa from where we evolved? Surely there were many reasons early peoples recognized women as important enough to sculpt figures of, more than just the fact of birthing alone. Super cool.

They’re a separate category, for women, in the acting categories. Where they are woefully underrepresented is all of the other categories. It’s kind of odd that you would think the only two categories that guarantee women will be nominated/win somehow negates all of the rest of them where they are constantly snubbed. Also, those two awards don’t change the fact the women are paid significantly less than their male counterparts, and are subject to far more harassment. You also seem to miss that a lot of the complaints are about how underrepresented POC are. Maybe you should take another look and tell me how many POC you see on that graphic. It appears that you didn’t really think your comment through, did you?

Absolutely believe in climate change and its implications, but the hottest year on record in Kentucky (U.S.) was 1921, so this isn't a completely accurate representation. It's also helpful to include the year of publication of this information, since you need to reference it to use the key effectively. Edited for typo.

Bad: Of the 79% that are deemed literate, 54% have a level of literacy lower than a 6th grade student. I was 11yo in 6th grade, and reading well above my grade level. Worse: That 54% can vote, even though it's not remotely possible that they understand the complexity of the issues on which they're voting. Worst: One of the things on which they're voting is public education, meaning the problem will get exponentially worse over time as education is dumbed down even further.

Tip: in my personal experience, people play them in literal order the majority of the time. So if someone throws paper, then most likely their next move is going to be scissors, and the rock; aka rock, paper, scissors order. And as the graph confirms my other point, that people like to start the order literally, by opening with "rock" most of the time. So I'd always open with paper. Then based on their first throw, I'd then assume they are going to throw the next one in order. Even if they don't go in order on that particular throw, still keep assuming they will throw the next one in order. I think it has to do with basic human reaction, when you need to make a quick decision, you tend to go for what is familiar. And the order of rock, paper, scissors is very ingrained, to the point that they subconsciously tend to throw in order. Been a while, but I basically never lost once I figured this out.

I suspect... similar ratios may be seen when polling for, Angels, and whether a particular religion is the final authoritative word. Generally, the more education, the more the "wool" is removed from ones' eyes. With critical thinking, the contradictions and hypocrcies reveal themselves.

    Nikki Sevven

Take Bigfoot as an example. No one has ever found bones or other remains, artifacts of any kind, scat, hair, etc. No one has seen babies or children. For the number of sightings to be factual, there would have to be a huge breeding population that would be nearly impossible to hide. Otherwise, they would have inbred and died out. It just doesn't make sense to think Bigfoot is real. And this is where education comes in handy, as it provides you with the facts to examine a situation logically. (And there's plenty of "magic" in the real world. Rainbows. Pregnancy. How flour, water, and yeast become bread. It doesn't stop being amazing when you know how it works. If anything, it becomes more amazing.)

Obviously, this means ghosts are biased against more educated people and choose to hang with the others. Perhaps it's because people have been dying for millennia, and for almost all those years, education was non-existent or severely limited. So all dem earlier folks what died became ghosts without no book learnin' and think eggheads are less relatable.

I wonder if this poll was done anonymously; and what the lead up to said poll was? I feel that when it comes to subjects like this, higher education levels often behoove most individuals to claim a negative belief even if it's contrary to their truth; but upon seeing their peers being accepting of the idea or a person/persons with the idea they're not afraid to admit to it themselves. Kind of like adults liking coloring... never used to see that... now we don't give a damn... adult coloring books EVERYWHERE.

I thought this was interesting so I checked. We are like 10th or 11th, behind small island countries in the Pacific ocean like Samoa and Tonga. You could combine the population of all of these countries and it nowhere close the the US. (Combine the population of all the islands and it's about 600k people, thats about the same as Wyoming, the least populated US state.) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_obesity_rate

Are relief maps and topographical maps the same?  Relief maps are usually more visually expressive than traditional topographical maps, since they are able to depict landforms more realistically in comparison to topographical maps, which typically rely on contour lines and spot heights to depict elevation. muir-way.com ›

We get 80% of our groceries, rice & pulses, once in a year, which never needs refrigeration. Meat is cooked only once in a week, Sunday and we only get fresh meat. We get fresh milk twice a day, vegetables as and when required and never need a refrigerator for our daily needs. Yet 39% just own to keep the leftovers, which we consider unhealthy. I'd love to see a comparison to Stranger Things (another plot-driven serial) to prove this, but friends and I STILL like to watch even a chunk of a MOVIE series once in a while (LOTR, Star Wars, Avengers, although LOTR is my favorite of these).

The Southern states tend to have a lot of black people, and they have a shorter life expectancy. There has probably been a brain drain out of the south over the years.

Reading the comments... have you considered that the lower quality of life may be the cause of stupid politics and not vice versa or a result of a confounding factor of "people are stupid", right? Of course people living under bad conditions (= in more fear of the future) are more easily manipulated by fearmongering (the main strategy of republicans or any reactionary movement, really). I'm not saying this is the reality but what the graph shiws is just correlation.

It's both. It's a cycle. Stupidity breeds stupidity. Up until you hit a point, and people finally start to see things aren't right, and cause an enlightenment period. You can only ignore/hide logic and facts for so long.

I live on the border between WA and ID and totally believe this. During Covid the governor of Washington had to tell the governor of Idaho to STOP sending patients into our state because they were overwhelming our hospitals since ID didn't mandate masks or encourage vaccinations.

The desert isn't too hospitable. It required a lot of new stuff to host all those people. Plus they wanted to "show off" all this fancy architecture and stuff, all in effort to whitewash all their atrocious crimes. Too bad they are so messed up, no amount of money can truly hide their disgusting acts. Sidenote, all those tourists and athletes got to do things in Saudi that would get most of the regular civilian Saudis executed. Like how many Olympian visitors got to freely drink alcohol, something a regular citizen there would be arrested for. All in an effort to "look good" on the world stage.

The title says "Even when comparing to the GDP of the host country in the host year"... but then shows an unadjusted charting of numbers... this isn't 🤦‍♀️ This is the most basic of charts, BARELY the definition of data. Data is a COLLECTION of facts and statistics built for analysis, just slapping numbers on a paper is grade school timeline building. They could have AT LEAST included the GDP during the time of the host country's hosting.

Not a player, but: Apparently as one attacker towards one defender your chances of winning are 42%. Three attackers - one defender - 92%. 12 attackers - 20 defenders - 15%. Mostly not surprising ("Me many more I win, you many more you win") All in all it just says that your chances of winning against an opponent with similar strength are slightly better as a defender with small numbers on both sides, but the more forces there are the better the chances for attackers (3 on 3: defender wins slightly more probably, 17 on 17: attacker wins).

Since dice are involved, I refuse to believe, mathematically, that 100% or zero percent are on the chart. If you have 6 attackers, and they have one defender, the odds are not 100%.

A combination of 1 and 2. 4. That soda price gets a lot of people through the door so they are happy with their loss leader.

Chill this is an ice cream shop in the Midwest!! At one point a kid at school heard what they thought was a gun shot. Every school in the district did shelter in place for 10 minutes while the police investigated. It was just a kickball hitting the roof. This is the world we live in

Finland is high on the weapons per Capita because hunting is fairly popular. There are clear rules about how you can and can't keep a gun plus background checks. Plus most of the guns are useful if you want moose or birds for dinner, not for carrying in your back pocket

This doesn't surprise me but I'd be flipped for thermostat. My last sleep study it was so cold and they had minimal blankets so I ended up with insomnia trait results. I've also found that fasting before bed makes a huge difference in my sleep quality. And my fit bit without fail shows I sleep better if I do even mild exercise.

I think we need to differentiate between songs that change key for, say, a middle section or a bridge or the chorus and songs that simply key change by shifting the whole thing a semitone, like so many X-Factor songs.

    Remi (He/Him)
    Community Member
2 years ago Created by potrace 1.15, written by Peter Selinger 2001-2017

The key determines what for example piano keys are used to play the song like C major is all the white keys from the C up and the g minor has two of the black keys in it (Bb and Eb). The key affects greatly how the song sounds so a key change mid song will make the whole mood change from that point on.

I think the graph might be unfairly skewed when it comes to the touring performing artists. Surely their private jet is also transporting equipment and people involved with production and not just the celebrity themselves. To be clear, I am not justifying the environmental cost. I am merely stating that at least some of that CO2 is emitted for business activities.

    Bob Brooce
    Community Member
2 years ago Created by potrace 1.15, written by Peter Selinger 2001-2017

It doesn't matter that it's for business activities. There are commercial flights that would get her and other personnel where they need to be with a much smaller carbon footprint. And for the most part it's wildly stupid to fly equipment that could get there by truck.

Misleading. ALL aviation only accounts for 4% of carbon pollution. These flights are not the problem. Corporations being allowed to destroy the environment account for like 70%.

    Bob Brooce
    Community Member
2 years ago Created by potrace 1.15, written by Peter Selinger 2001-2017

It's not misleading. It's just not all of the story, being strictly about the vastly disproportionate carbon footprint of a few people who do a lot of private flying. Those people also have a disproportionately large carbon footprint for many/most of the other things that add up to the total carbon footprint.

Pay is based on box office draw. For a while Sandra Bullock was a top ticket draw. Julia Roberts was in the 90s as well. It's a sad fact but more people will pay to watch Tom Cruise (as an example) than whomever is the best actress at the moment. It's the same reason the latest Ghostbusters went back to the original story instead of a sequel for the female version. If you can't put the butts in the seat then you get pushed aside.

This is how people generally use the words. The press is different. When the news media says that something "might" happen in the future, it has only 1% chance of happening. In a true scientific paper on the other hand, saying that something "might" be true generally means that they're not 100% sure, perhaps 99% chance of being true. I am continually impressed by the misuse of these words.

People HAVE to realize that their personal experience is just one of MILLIONS. Just because you dont see something, experience something, or know something...does not mean it does not exist or something is "wrong". There may be areas you do not go to often, do not know about or simply dont pay attention to. Stop being a Main Character.

Dunno about the US, but in the UK “class identity” usually covers more than income.

    Wilf
    Community Member
2 years ago Created by potrace 1.15, written by Peter Selinger 2001-2017

I think the US has a very different idea of what "class" means. Here in the UK income is only part of class identity. It is as much about family background, upbringing, education, what type of profession you hold, your accent, even whereabouts in the country you live. It is perfectly possible have significant wealth and still be considered working class. We have 'working class' billionaires! Middle-class is defined mainly by one's profession and adherence to appropriate societal conventions of behaviour. And upper class is of course associated with the social status of gentility and the aristocracy. You are born to it- it is NOT attained by any other means. It's rare, but I've known a few upper class people who didn't have a penny to their name (because, for instance they'd dropped out of society to live off-grid). Still upper class though!

In SA middle class means you have a residence you are paying off (not rented), and each parent has a car, and the kids are in a model-C (Parent governing body, suburban, schoolfee-demanding) or private school. Upper class means you have a fancy car each, maybe a toy car, 4+ bedrooms, pool, private school only, dad or mom are c-suite. Another way to tell is to ask holiday destination. Durban -> lowerclass. Cape Town -> middle to upper class. London/Mauritius/Sydney/etc -> upper class. Anyone middle+ will probably have domestic help (maid) etc. Lowerclass won't have.

In 'n Out is very careful about locations (being close enough to suppliers for delivery of their fresh never-frozen beef), they do not franchise (to ensure all-around quality), are not beholden to investors (Private Co 100% Family-Owned), Compensate Employees generously, Don't get involved with politicians, don't have to advertise, etc, etc, etc, thusly do not need to have thousands of locations. All that, for me personally, makes eating there a joy; The lines of happy customers being taken care of by happy employees is just part of the whole experience!

My newborn didn't sleep through the night until she was nearly 10 months old. The first three months I slept in fitful 45 minute bursts because this baby would NOT sleep at all from the hours of 8pm to 8am. It got the point where I would start crying when the sun went down because I knew it was the beginning of the most exhausting marathon of nursing, diaper changing, rocking, and watching this newborn baby fight sleep with every ounce of her being. I did everything; my husband did everything, and in the end all we had left was to just wait it out and hope it would get better. It did. We only have one kid. Parenting an infant was a nightmare I was only ever going to do once in my life. Seriously. If you don't really, REALLY want kids, don't have them. They require WAY more than anyone will admit and deserve so much more than mildly interested parents can give.

My kid didn't sleep through the night until he was almost 3. Honestly I'm surprised I came out of that with my sanity. Well, partial sanity. I separated from my husband while pregnant so I ended up doing all of the parenting by myself.

This chart is disingenuous. About half the revenue sources listed (as well as their counterparts on the expenditure list) are dedicated contributions to specific government programs and are not part of the general revenue fund. They shouldn't be included on this chart, which lumps everything together.

If the line is flat, that means zero. For example, getting married line starts at 0% until 9 months, it then starts to increase to its highest peak at the 2 year mark, then decreases. So the majority of people get married around the 2 year mark.

Last year our area had a record breaking heat streak in late Aug/early Sept. I mentioned it to my neighbor. That's all I said, and she got defensive and told me she didn't believe that, that it was always that hot in late Aug. At the time it was 20F hotter than average for over a week. I'm guessing the defensiveness was related to her hearing the heat associated with climate change last summer. That would be my guess as to part of why Republicans don't trust the weather Channel.

Can we agree that watching the weather channel all day long is a sign of a declining social fabric?

How can you trust or not trust the dåmn Weather Channel, though? They gather data, analyze it, plug it into multiple computer models, and report to you the most likely prediction. Why would you have strong "trust" or "mistrust" feelings about them? What part of this process is either trustworthy or not? They're not making up stuff to manipulate you, ffs.

As a non-American this is priceless. Only 37% of Americans trust the Wall Street Journal, LOL. And Reuters gets an even lower ranking than Fox News! As for the weather channel, weather predictions a week in advance are notoriously unreliable.

The weather Channel is mostly just weather disaster coverage. Which means climate change gets talked about. Even if they didn't specifically mention climate change it's taking a lot more and more effort to ignore that fires, tornadoes, heat spells, and hurricanes are worse. Can't do that and watch the weather Channel.

When unarmed Natives and Hispanics start getting killed by cops in the same proportions that AA's do...then perhaps. Also, and more importantly, this is about commercials during one American football game....BLM is tackling police brutality and accountability....not tv commerical representation. Completely irrelevant...but at least you got to shoehorn your lame political jab into a comment! Good job.

Someone else earlier stated every state has two senators. The House is where proportional representation occurs.

If it's proportional why does WY get 1 representative for 577,000 people but California only gets 1 for 755,000 people?

No, you are thinking of the House of Representatives whose districts get redrawn every 10 years. Senators represent entire states and and state boundaries really don't change. By way of contrast to the numbers in this chart, California has 52 times the number of House Representatives that Wyoming has.
