You don't seem to know too much about abandoned houses and the way things rot. If there is no moisture or water getting in it'll take a very long time to decay. Just because a pink hat and purse look "too clean and in good condition" doesn't mean anything.

This house is indeed abandoned. I have been here. Sadly it no longer looks like this. Most of the stuff is gone and it has been trashed.
