Nope. These types of balloons generally require a special kind of hand pump (like what people use when making balloon animals) to inflate properly. Using your mouth makes this happen, attempting to fill it with helium usually makes them pop. I did balloons for 12 years so this is something I have a lot of unnecessary information on lol
