After Video Of Her Punching Her Boyfriend Goes Viral, Elisa Jordana Provides Exclusive Details (Updated)
InterviewUpdate from Friday, April 12, 11:00 CET:
Elisa Jordana’s lawyer, Brian Bieber from Miami, told Bored Panda that she had been “suffocated” by Bahram.
He wrote in an email: “The arresting officers got it wrong.
“A careful investigation and assessment of the situation would have uncovered exactly what happened here – a verbal argument ensued between two people who were in a volatile relationship, the temperature escalated, and Elisa was the victim of a battery – not the other way around.
- Elisa Jordana was arrested after a live-streamed altercation with her ex-boyfriend Zscorro over a cheating dispute.
- Elisa, a former Howard Stern Show writer, claims she feared for her life during the fight.
- Following the incident, Elisa had to cut her hair due to damage from Alipour pulling it violently.
“Bahram repeatedly hit and suffocated Elisa, literally ripped her hair out of her head – all while she was driving her car.
“Fortunately, Elisa was able to escape – and as she was being chased, good samaritans on the road called the police.”

(The article has been corrected to reflect that Elisa is 41 and not 35 years old) Trigger warning: domestic abuse, physical assault
Elisa Jordana, who was arrested on Monday (April 9) on a battery charge after streaming a fight with her then-boyfriend Zscorro, now says in an exclusive exchange with Bored Panda that she feared for her life and believed she could’ve been “easily killed.”
The 41-year-old media personality, known for being a writer on The Howard Stern Show, has just opened up about the viral altercation that was streamed earlier this week, resulting in her arrest.
In the stream, Elisa could be seen striking Zscorro, whose real name is Bahram Alipour, following a cheating dispute involving the 41-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman.
Elisa told Bored Panda on Thursday (April 11): “I slapped him a few times regrettably, but he tried to strangle me and tossed my head around like a ragdoll.
“I believe he would have killed me if I didn’t get out of the car [and] on[to] the road.”

Elisa was arrested by the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. The police had reportedly heard both sides of the fight and looked at the video of the live stream, ultimately determining Elisa was the aggressor.
She now revealed that she has a court date set for April 19, and she will speak to her lawyer today in person “to find out exactly what it’s about.”
“The police didn’t even care at all what he did,” Elisa said. “What I did wouldn’t hurt him. What he did could have easily killed me if we had gone a few more seconds.”
Elisa said she had to cut her hair as a result of Zscorro, whose real name is Bahram Alipour, pulling her head

In the original footage of the live stream, which has since been taken down from YouTube, 2 hours and 15 minutes in, Bahram could be seen seizing Elisa’s hair and pulling it while she screamed in pain and asked him to stop.
Elisa eventually honked her car when the man wouldn’t stop pulling her hair, despite her pleading, “I’m sorry.” The car subsequently stopped in the traffic, and Elisa was seen getting out of her car and running out before Bahram was seen racing after her.
“I ran into another car. That’s how desperate I was to get away,” Elisa recalled. The comedy writer went on to explain that “random truck drivers” were able to put a stop to the situation.
“The police didn’t even care at all what he did,” Elisa said

She said: “Yes, all the truck drivers were calling the police to help me when they saw me being thrown out onto the highway.”
In the aftermath, Elisa’s locks had been damaged to the point of no return, as she described: “I had to cut my hair out it was so messed up after that hair-pulling.
“My head was so violently shaken.”

Awaiting her meeting with legal counsel, as well as her court date, Elisa has been trying to keep an upbeat attitude about it all, saying: “I’m just trying to do positive steps moving forward.
“I figure if I just speak my truth, there has to be a greater purpose for all this.
“I don’t believe things happen for no reason.”
Elisa’s new exclusive statements to Bored Panda follow the now-infamous two-hour-long footage of the stream, which made headlines this week.

Elisa, who used to play keytar for the band Cobra Starship, was live streaming after coming out of a couple’s therapy session, where she learned that Bahram, who is the alleged son of a billionaire, had been cheating on her with a “Mexican” named Sara.
The streamer manages the IRL Queen blog, in which she films herself on a day-to-day basis, earning money from viewers who can call her and directly interact with her.
During the live stream, Elisa took various calls from friends and viewers, crying while providing details of her and Bahram’s tumultuous relationship.
You can watch a recap of the incident below:
Following a series of evocative conversations with her viewers and even showcasing a brief job interview for a position as an assistant with a homeless woman named Crystal, Elisa was told to meet with the police outside the shopping area she had been live streaming from.
Elisa was subsequently seen interacting with police regarding Bahram’s phones and keys, which she had taken after their couple’s therapy session.
The former musician was filmed driving with her ex, but tensions rose when Sara called and Elisa struck Bahram, eventually leading to the physical altercation.
Bored Panda has contacted Bahram for comment.

Poll Question
Thanks! Check out the results:
She hit the man repeatedly (assault and battery is NOT OKAY even if the opposing party cheated on you) and then was freaking out WHILE she was DRIVING. She didn't pull over or stop the car. She could have killed herself and Zscorro, AND/OR OTHER PEOPLE ON THE ROAD. I do not give one single shít that she had to "cut her hair". She should have STOPPED HER CAR after she assaulted and battered her passenger. She could have killed pedestrians. She could have killed innocents in other vehicles. Should Zscorro have pulled her hair (also assault)? No. But it doesn't make her actions right either.
The "Poll" is c**p. Are we going to continue posting this junk until you get the responses you're looking for?
Yeah, that poll is completely biased and not making it seem like the police should have been on Zscorro's side. WTH is this shi.... Andrea Oldereide, if you were the one who put this c**p on the poll, shame on you. The police did the correct and right thing in this regards.
