Wisteria trees so gorgeous. These trees grow in CA. When I lived there a wisteria grew and bloomed not far from where I lived.

The thing that strikes me in all these photos is how clean everything is.
We learned Japanese in my primary school in Australia. When we were learning the hiragana each one had a way to remember it, for example, fu for fuji. The hiragana on the flash card then was drawn to resemble mt Fuji, so I always remember this when I read/hear Mt Fuji mentioned. :)
I love it, but I would need sunglasses all night long, it may only be a touch of the ‘tism but it pokes hard when neon billboards are involved

More like 111. I have been to several places in these photos. The photoshopper took the coloring and contrast to very unnatural and unrealistic levels.
Load More Replies...My partner and I take virtual tours via Youtube of Japan, we'll do it via train rides filmed, some mostly from the front of the train and just enjoy the sights. It kept us sane during lockdown.
It is really too bad that someone felt the need to manipulate what were otherwise lovely pictures.
good post, hopefully it encourages people to go to the southern Japan (from the middle of Honshu to the southern end of Okinawa). nothing to see here in Tohoku Region :)
