I Used AI To Invent New Superheroes That Fight Your Real Everyday Problems (23 Pics)
Can't reach that itch in the middle of your back? Can't get that jar of pickles open? And you ran out of kitty litter again?
Never fear, as I have created everyday superheroes that fight real everyday problems, such as when you realize that you don't have change for the parking meter. No worries, Change-For-The-Parking-Meter Man is on the job!
Coffee Woman always shows up at 3 pm. Fabric Softener Man fights to keep Static Electricity Man at bay, although he's usually easy to spot as he has a pesky balloon or two always stuck to him.
I'm an award-winning photojournalist and wildlife photographer based in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. I primarily work for www.BarrieToday.com and I have been in the news business since 2005. It's nice to create something fantastical and fictional after a hard day's work capturing the real world around me.
Visit my previous post here on Bored Panda, where I used AI to see Dog Puns coming to life.

Pollinator Man
A hero of Earth, and is sadly allergic to pollen.
In general, I love creating, and this new tech (AI) has improved so much in the past year that I'm basically only limited by my imagination.
I don't really doodle much when I'm bored or thinking about my next work assignment, like many people do, so I find myself playing with AI imagery nowadays. I could get on a creative roll and make a set in just a few hours, or it could be something that I pick away at when I can over a few days or a week. There is a lot of tweaking of the word prompts and "re-rolling", as it's called, to get them how I want to look.
Mri Woman
She is a hero because that cancer won't find itself.
Coffee Woman
I'm not a fan of "real" superheroes and I don't watch the movies, but there is a need for everyday first-world-problem solvers that can do it in style. I've always been a daydreamer, just as much now as when I was a little kid bored in class. My imagination seems to take me anywhere I want to go, which I love.
Sleeping-In Man
He'll save you tomorrow.
My favorite superhero is Teacher Woman, as my wife is an elementary school teacher, and I'm always proud of what she does. She was born to teach. I do like ones that are a bit "out there", so my second choice would have to be Change-For-The-Parking Meter Man. I never remember to carry coins with me.
Dishwasher Man
In the future, I am planning on more series. For now, I just have no idea where it will take me, but the more silly and far-fetched, the better.
People say that these AI creations are not art, and that's a valid argument, but what is art anyway? I don't think it has to be defined by the use of a paintbrush or pencil. All have the same thing in common: imagination. AI prompts are just another tool to express that imagination. I wrote a column recently about this very thing.
Jar Opener Man
Always popular with the ladies.
It's why he's so good at jar-opening.
Load More Replies...Main villains are people who screw lids on sooo tight, that it takes someone like Jar Opener Man's extra strength to open them.
Fitted Sheet Woman
Says "give me that, useless man".
Can fold a fitted sheet like it’s brand new. Can also put fitted sheets on a bed without ever having to rearrange it so the corners fit correctly. My hero!
Teacher Woman
Will straighten out those little monsters.
Contact Lens Woman
Finds them on the ground for you.
I hope she has some wash for them bc I know I don't wanna put my contact back in after it being on the ground XD
Comfortable Shoes Man
Toad Man
Every gardener's hero.
Happy Man
Always annoying. His alter ego's name is Ray O'Sunshine, of course.
I-Don't-Know-What-Do-You-Want-To-Eat Woman
Is a formidable opponent.
I think the only missing superhero in this post is Pocket Woman. She can add pockets to any women’s clothing.
Back Scratcher Man
Has all the tools.
Mr. Kayakhead
Son of a famous Canadian, Mr. Canoehead.
Babysitter Man
Are they too much even for him?
Static Electricity Man
An easy villain to spot with balloons stuck on him.
Plunger Man
Also, it’s AI, not every little detail will look perfectly right bc it’s not an real artist
Actually, it's not AI, it's CGI. There's no Artificial Intelligence involved.
Load More Replies...I LOVE THIS and would love it MORE if coffee was a man (how many times have women been ordered to get coffee for some man that SHOULD be her equal) and babysitter was a woman (how many dads have said they’re babysitting when it’s their OWN kid) again I really loved this.
