Hello, my name is Nastya Parfilo. I am 22 and I am an artist. I don’t have a higher education but it hasn’t put me off from what I am.
On 1 May 2017, I started a new project called 365 Horse Portraits in 365 Days. This is a challenge to myself. I’ve decided to draw a painting every day. I use canvases (15 x 15 cm) and oil paints. It was very difficult for me.
Horses... Why horses? Because I care about these animals. They are beautiful, graceful, intelligent and incredible. But they are not always treated well. Some owners are cruel; they exhaust them, beat or train them out of their age group. I want this to stop.
This project is an attempt to draw people’s attention and teach to love these animals. I have been drawing horses of real people, bloggers, trainers who take care of them, love and cherish. Such people sparked this idea in me. When the project ends on 1 May this year, all the small paintings will be combined into a large painting – a mosaic, a horse portrait. And now I need your help to make my dream come true.
I would like to publish an illustrated book about this project with the pictures of all 365 paintings. That is why I’m running this crowd-funding campaign on Indiegogo to fund the book publishing. This will be an amazing hardcover book with bright and colourful pictures. We have been taking photos of the pictures day by day and developing a draft design. We need your help and support to collect money for further promotion. If you can't help financially, you can help spread the word! Thank you so much for your support!

Its very hard )))It's like a psychological challenge . Previously, I drew one horse potrait in 3-4 hours, but now for one painting I need 1-2 hours.
