Using an ATM alone is risky these days, especially at night. Security cameras, cubicle-type walls, and even armed guards have been set up at certain locations to discourage muggers and opportunists, but there's one defense mechanism that could prove to be even more effective - and all it will ask for in return is a treat.
That's right. Photos are appearing on the Internet of people carefully positioning their canine crew behind them while using ATMs, and while these pups may look cute and cuddly at first glance, there's no doubt that any hand that comes near their human while banking is most likely not going to come back in good condition. "This is a good strategy. I would be way too distracted trying to pet the dogs to steal her information," one social media user alternatively stated.
If you're thinking of adopting a dog and need yet another good reason to, here you are. If you've already got one, it might be time to start enlisting them as your official cash withdrawal guard dog. Scroll down for all the proof you need.

ATM Security At Its Best
she looks like the wife of that guy that breeds and trains massive security dogs... judging by most of these images, they used his dogs for the photoshoots.
You could be right. They all have clipped ears too, which is a pet (excuse the pun) hate of mine. Stop mutilating these amazing dogs.
Load More Replies...Those poor dogs who have mutilated ears and also have those awful metal collars are are being cruelly treated. Nasty people.
Looking at all these pics with these big dogs I can't help but wonder if these ladies will be able to stop the dogs from attacking innocent people, or they themselves will be dragged by their dogs during the attack. Or maybe these dogs are really well trained to be able to tell the difference between an innocent person and a thief. I am a small lady myself, I doubt if I will be able to control or handle these dogs, they seem too strong for me.
This one bugs me... First off, walking a dog that big in flip flops, secondly walking up to the drive through ATM, and lastly the look on her face reads to me like "yeah, I can do what I like cause I got Brutus here." that last comment might just be a weird coincidence with the dog lunging though.
....I don't think this lady has control over that dog. I would be terrified to be around her.
In holland the animal shelters are full of stffords and pittbulls nobody likes them
Je moet wel sterk zijn om hem de baas tezijn hij kan je vermorzelen....😱😱😱😱
This is staged. She's the one who breeds the giant pits, they also recently got in trouble for animal abuse or something like that
because they give some of the most amazing love back to their owners.

Load More Replies...I think cutting off dogs ears and having them wear those awful collars is cruelty beyond my understanding. Nasty people.
Why do so many of these feel like advertisements? Like they're staged by a dog breeder or something.
I love all these pictures of the dogs protecting their owners! It makes me long for my German Shepard I had 20 yrs ago. Best dang dog I ever had!
Those are the cutest dogs ever! Other than my 1 kg little cutie. Though he will make a horrible guard other than, like that internet user said, distract you because you wanna pet him. HE IS JUST ADORABLE
very cute dogs, but the ears cut and massive muscle seem very... bad for the dog?
I highly disapprove of docking dogs ears matter of fact it was originally done in dogfighting so the dogs couldn't hold each other's ears and it was more entertaining.... that said it's usually done when they are very tiny and it heals and doesn't cause lasting damage but I still hate it with a passion
Load More Replies...This is quite sad that these women have to do this...the fear is very real.
I could sure use one of the ATMs (LOL) when visiting the service terminal or the money automat at the bank, especially when I go there on New Year´s Eve or so I often feel insecure, but our banks in Germany don´t allow to take a dog with you there, except if it´s a service dog (those get access to every shop, every bank, every authority, every public transport vehicle etc.)... 💖💖💖
Urgh... I just saw one of the most unpleasant thing in dog owners world: Pinch collar. And if anyone has the nerve to say it's a training tool to me, than I will say you are selfish and lazy dog owner. There is always a better way to train your dog, who pulls on the leash. I'm so happy that using pinch collars are against the law in my country.
STFU unless you wanna come over and teach my Huskies how to not jolt off chasing a cat/squirl/ anything of that nature than be my guest. However the TOOL is a tool. You use microwaves right? Stop using it. Its bad for evryones health and its just a tool right? So when you think you can "detrain" an anaimals instincs from chasing rodents and b***h about the tools because of harm remember you drive a f*****g car, which is a tool, which in turn throws Polution into the air, which is bad so gtfo your high horse like you're some type of saint and worry about wtf you are doing to better everyones lives around you rather than injecting your opinions which counteracts all the silly s**t you do
