We find that the best thing to perk up your spirits is spending a solid fifteen minutes playing and cuddling with a dozen puppies. Though that might not be practical for everyone. A close second favorite of ours is looking at cute puppy photos and feeling all of our problems melt away.
The ‘Perritos en Situaciones Random’ (‘Puppies in Random Situations’) Twitter page is a wholesome haven for doggo enthusiasts around the world. Load More Replies...Toronto dog photographer Weiler explained to Bored Panda the differences between working with adult dogs and puppies. "Health and safety is a priority when it comes to puppies," she said.
"They may not have all of their immunity so it is imperative to be careful when introducing them to new environments or other animals. Rigorous cleaning protocols is a must," Weiler explained what photographers have to keep in mind.
This looks like something I would buy. Perfect match, look at that goofy smile
“So goofy, it’s cute” -one of my comments on another post

I have seen this image so many times, I automatically know how that second pic looks even with it cut off. The dog had it's smile turned to disappointment. Edit: When I made this comment last night, you could not see the full image.
No matter how many times you seen it's still a heartwarming picture
Load More Replies...I feel like he's judging his human... there's just that air of disappointment... "Didn't check the weather did ya??? I don't want to hear a single comment about the car or house smelling like wet dog. I swear, one comment and your in the dog house!"
She lived my deepest fear now that I have a jeep 🤣. I'm to afraid to leave the hard top at home, lest I come back drenched with a soggy doggy.
According to the professional pet photographer, you should also be aware that the puppies' bodies are still developing.
"Their bones are not fully developed, so extra care is taken to ensure they do not jump down from a great height or make them run endlessly."
Weiler shared that photographers working with puppies in the studio or outside of it ought to try to "work within their energy."
"Don’t fight the zoomies. Photograph them exploring, running, playing when they have energy. At some point, they will tire a little and you can now try the more posed shots. And remember, a sleepy puppy is adorable!" she said.
Oh my gosh, I forgot how little baby doggies are when they can't be left alone yet ❤
And sniff them the way they sniff me

:0 I didn’t know dogs can have vitiligo, she’s really beautiful
Load More Replies...The ‘Puppies in Random Situations’ project was founded fairly recently, back in June 2021. Over the nearly two years since then, the creator of the account has shared cute puppy pics daily.
It’s not surprising, then, that this incredibly wholesome content has drawn in quite a crowd. At the time of writing, the page had a whopping 453k followers who enjoy looking at the soul-healing photos.
And how could you not enjoy these photos? Looking into these doggos’ eyes, even through a screen, is bound to make anyone smile.
It might not be as powerful an effect as meeting a pet on the street or having your coworker bring their dog to the office, but photos are better than the alternative—overthinking and overstressing about life with no puppies at all.
I really don't appreciate having to upvote you for that.

It looks so proud of itself, I can picture a teenager looking like this
Oh its a hap-py oh a happy dog. Its just a happy happy dog. Oh just a-look at the happy oh the happy dog………….
I'm pretty sure the first time I saw this pic it was a story that the 2 owners were new neighbors & the dogs always wanted to go to each other. This pic supposedly was of their first actual connection and while the owners were talking they discovered that the dogs were litter mates (same birth date, same breeder.)

Load More Replies...The Twitter page also offers a little bit of something for everyone. Despite the name of the account, it's not just puppy pics that get their time in the spotlight.
The founder of the account also sometimes retweets wholesome content from other creators, including pics and videos of cats and bunnies.
Odds are that after going through this list, you might have the sudden urge to adopt a(nother) pet. And that impulse, that desire to help, is to be congratulated.
After all, in the United States alone, a jaw-dropping 6.3 million companion animals enter shelters each year, around half of which are dogs. However, you have to slow down, sit down, and think about whether you’ll be able to open up your home to a puppy.
My best friend is currently a lovely pitbull in my neighborhood :)

Remember, puppies need a lot of care, attention, and training. You need to know for a fact that you’ll be willing to give them the time and love they deserve, and that you’ll foot the bills.
You’ll have to do more than just pay for a cute little water bowl and matching collar: you’ll also have to take care of the vet’s expenses and ensure that you’re buying your pet the food that it needs, not what’s simply cheapest.
That’s the only thing I paying attention to <33 floppy ears

*checking Google for t-shirt websites. C'mere boys! Daddy needs to take a picture real quick!
Look at the paws on the little one! Someone's going to be a big one when they grow up!
Last year there were four fatal pit bull attacks in South Africa in about a months. Three were children.
Load More Replies...*Photo of a well trained and loved pit bull looking cute*: "All pitties are lovebugs! They don't deserve their bad reputation! They are the best dogs for kids!" *Video footage of dog fights, graphic news stories of pitbulls maiming or killing pets and children*: "Pitbulls are dangerous weapons, the breed should be banned everywhere! If you own one you must be a criminal! They should all be destroyed!" Maybe the truth lies somewhere in the middle.... Also, it's true small breeds of dogs are much more likely to bite, but they don't make headlines because the injuries are minor.
Next, you have to consider your lifestyle. Any pets that you have will naturally want to have some space in your house or apartment that they can call their own.
If you’re living in a studio apartment with two other people, keeping a rescue animal might be difficult. As would trying to hide a puppy from your landlord who has a ‘no pets allowed’ clause in your contract.
🎶Dogtor Dogtor, give me the news. I've got a bad case of petting you
I worked hard for this badge! I graduated after 7 years- well no maybe 5 days- of nonstop training! And you DARE say im not a “real doctor”, whatever that is. I have a whole badge and clothes thingie to prove it!
Just a regular plant in its natural habitat, nothing to see here
What’s more, you have to think about your daily routine. Specifically, when you get up, how long you’re away from home while studying or working, when you get back, and how active your social life is. You need to know for a fact that you’ll be flexible enough to spend quality time with your pupperino.
Make sure it isn’t one of those situations where we promised our parents that, of course, we’ll get up at 6 in the morning to walk our new best pal... only to end up sleeping in.
She looks so awkward in the first picture, but the second one she’s obviously used to it 😂
I wonder if dogs are real or they are just infiltrated alien agents
Baby is scared of car rides, just needs someone to hold their hand. btw love your nails.
My dog feels exactly like that dog, except less endearing since he’ll climb on anyone in the car to feel secure (like my mom who doesn’t want him on her lap, or my dad when he’s busy driving)
Load More Replies...This is my girlfriend and me in one photo. She sometimes steals my hand and doesn't want me to leave.
To put it bluntly, if you live alone and you spend most of your time away from home, maybe a pet like a dog might not be for you. They need to be walked. They need to spend time playing with you and others. They can’t be locked up in a cage at home for 18 hours each day because you prioritize your career.
Of course, things are very different if your office is a pet-friendly zone. That way, once you’ve trained and socialized your puppy, you can make everyone’s day brighter. (Though keep in mind that some of your colleagues might be scared of dogs or be allergic to them. Puppies might objectively be one of the top five best things in the entire multiverse, but not everyone’s a fan, no matter how cute they are.)
I'm surprised they let a dog up there, looks to be emotional/physical support though.
It's time all public transportation let on all pets. As long as they're well-behaved, they can stay. Just as with a human passenger. As long they behave, they ride.
That's Delta first class. But even in coach, Delta lets you fly with a service animal. I had the good luck to sit next to an adorable service doggie on a Delta flight just yesterday - he was the sweetest of doggos (and I was allowed to pet him!).
"How do *you* like it, Frank? Hm? Now sit here and think about what you've done".
Drama is such an under rated term for the husky....
Load More Replies...And the room... never bathed a husky without an impromptu pool and every towel I own giving its all for futility...
Load More Replies...No matter how cute a dog might be, you can’t simply run up to it and start rubbing its belly. It’s safer (and polite!) to ask the animal’s owner whether you can approach them or give them a snack. Meanwhile, keep an eye on the doggo’s mood. For instance, if it’s wagging its tail up high, its ears are floppy, and it generally looks relaxed, you can approach them. However, if the dog’s tail is low or tucked underneath them, they’re tense, and their ears are pinned back, they are probably very uncomfortable.
The so-called ‘socialization period’ for puppies is when they’re between 4 and 12 weeks of age. That’s when you can gradually start introducing your dog to family, friends, and strangers. If you find that your pet is frightened of other people, you can introduce them from a safe distance and slowly desensitize them. That way, they’ll eventually get used to other human beings, and they’ll undoubtedly make their day that much brighter.
Okay so a few weeks ago I had a full blown Mandela Effect moment with not one but both of my parents. We saw a photo of a Bull Terrier and all 3 of us could swear that the old RCA spokesmodel was this breed. We were trying to remember the dog's name. In the meantime, I also remembered that the Budweiser dog back in the 1980s was also a Bull Terrier and his name was Spuds McKenzie. After a while, we gave up on the RCA dog's name and Googled it. His name was Nipper. His breed? "Mongrel". Not even a Bull Terrier at all. All of us had to rethink our entire lives.
The Target dog is a Bull Terrier, maybe that has something to do with it?
Load More Replies...Its their emotional support bear, looks like my dog when there's a thunderstorm.
When there's a really bad storm, my dogs (1 boxer and 1 Chihuahua terrier, both female) come and bother me until I go sit on the floor to cuddle them
Load More Replies...How could you not give this pup anything they ever wanted, take my car, my house, my first born…
“Let me see the teddy bear.” “No. Mine. Look with eyes. Not with paws.”
We'd better get back 'cause it'll be dark soon and they mostly come at night. Mostly.
My dog banged all of his stuffed pets. He was a virgin and needed the practice.
"Look hooman! I'm being cute, take a picture! I SAID TAKE A PICTURE! Thank you."
This one makes me think of most cartoon dogs. He knows he's being corny.
Maybe I'm totally overreacting here, but that pic makes me think we should all live our lives in a lighter way just like the girl over there. She's not giving a damn about what others are thinking, about her clothes, whatever, she's living in the moment, that's so cool...
I don't think I've ever seen a white and amber dalmatian, they're really beautiful.
This what happens when mommy cheats on daddy with a ginger. lmao im so dead
Cookies n Cream and Butterscotch! Never seen that color on a Dalmatian. Pretty!
And once little Dolly grew up, we figured out why the milkman's pupper preferred Sally so much...
this used to be my dog well not as overreactive more like she wants to get out of the bath. ( RIP Abby, miss you)

The bestest doggo, this would've made my dentist trips a whole lot better.
I could sure use a dental therapy dog. Dental phobia big time here 😩
This is how my SO did all his sessions at the dentists. He has PTSD due to his work as a police officer and I found him a dentist that would let his servicedog be that close to him, so he could undergo the complete restauration of his teeth. Before I met him, he hadn't seen a dentist in almost a decade because he just couldn't....
I would go to the dentist waaay more often if they had support dogs! Hint hint ADA...
God bless my destist. She's great, but damn I wish thid little guy was there for me too. XD
My dog would paw all the food out of her bowl, then eat off the floor. But wouldn't eat without the bowl being there first.
I had one who took a mouthful at a time out of the bowl and put it on the floy, then nibble from that.
Load More Replies...This looks like "What the heck, humans, you put food in a perfectly puppy sized bed-fortress

Aww little guy, it'll get better soon, and then the nasty cast will be removed, promise.
Have no fear, little one. You're very young and will heal quickly. Zoomies will resume soon.
I had to do that to my Chiweenie puppy once because she kept biting way too hard and was not responding to positive correction. I didn't bite her hard, but she got the message!
The story is how the neighbours love the next door dog so they trimmed their hedges to look like her. Her name is Luna https://twitter.com/matt_cruise/status/1216611598258688001
Don't look now, but there's a giant Corgi behind me...what do I do???
And just like an onion, it’s making me cry from cuteness 🥹

I think him and the one on the left are having a standoff with the others
Looks like that poor kid from the Simpsons. "These berries taste like burning!"
Please give me all your love and affection and I promise to do the same
It wasn’t me mom! Actually it was but I’m too cute for you to be mad!
This guy ruined this dogs plans of sitting at home reading a good book and sipping tea by the window today
I thought this was about dogs. Clearly this handsome gentleman is a kangaroo!
It's worse when the stupid dog got up there by himself, can't get down on his own, and tries to bi+e your hands every single time you try to help him down. We had a dachshund that did this often.
I knew an English bull terrier who used to climb trees, but he couldn't get down and just sat there whimpering until he was rescued. Because he was white his skin sort of showed through the fur, we used to call him the Pink Panther

I agree, Cold Eagle. But going by their fur and the fullness of their bodies, I’d say somebody is taking care of them.
