Does this make my butt look big? You know what: It doesn’t matter.
Sometimes it matters. But when I’m with my hubby, it doesn’t. Love is not a size. Love should never be a size.
Never let your size interfere with your self-love and with the love of your partner. Your partner loves you because of you and your heart. Not your butt (well, yeah maybe sometimes and then you should enjoy it).
Love your body. Love your body now. It doesn’t matter what size it is. It doesn’t matter if you are in the middle of modifying it for whatever reason. It’s never too early for loving your body. This is why I take this kind of photos.
It isn’t easy to love my body, but I try.

Share on FacebookStop promoting unhealthy life style, for god sake. I am a doctor of internal medicine and I am soo tired of taking care of 45 years old patient, who has backpain, problem breathing or already had a heart attack thanks to their unhealthy life style...and they are also always suprise, when I tell them to loose weight...I rather taking care of 80years old, because they have probles linked to their age, not their lifestyle. And no, obesity not run in your family, its because nobody runs in your family.
my sister runs 2 miles every day and she is still chunky... it can be genetic, and sometimes a serious genetic disorder. you are a doctor, you should know that.

Load More Replies...I have been on the Weight Watchers plan since January, and I have lost 20 pounds, with 21 to go to reach my goal. Halfway there, yeah! There are times when I get discouraged or gain back a pound or 2, then lose it again, or go weeks without losing. The point is, that I am keeping a positive attitude and not giving up. And yes, my health has improved. 😁
You go girl! I did Weight Watchers for many many many years, last time I lost 75 pounds!

I was her size about 5 years ago. I felt beautiful, I was healthy, all my numbers were good, low blood pressure, cholesterol, etc where they were supposed to be. My Dr would just shake his head and say I was one of his healthiest patients. I was doing great! Then I unintentionally lost about 100lbs. Job requiring a lot more physical activity a couple of serious bouts of IBS-D, there it went. With the weight I also lost some major pain issues and depression, which I wasn't even aware I had until they were gone. I now have energy to do the things I enjoy. I know what real health feels like. I'm now 175 lbs, and just as healthy and more. I actually don't feel as attractive (everything fell, my butt is now as flat as Kansas). Lose the weight, not because of how you look, but for how you will feel. I don't look as good without the weight as I did with, but the trade off is so worth it.
Load More Replies...Did you ever notice how we shame people who are fat but not skinny people, smokers, or people not getting enough sleep? And what about the ones on Instagram faking a perfect life only to later suffer an emotional breakdown? Social media is proven to be psychologically damaging. Do the negative commenters here invest the same effort into promoting the health of these people? Then there's the impact of stress, which is another proven health risk. If you really care about people's health, maybe it's best to recognize that people can have flaws without deserving the loathing of themselves and everyone else.
Great comment, fruit_panda. You can't argue with idiots. Lol

That's true! But I love that it gives others a little boost.

It doesn't matter how you look. It's how genuinely healthy you are. Even if all your numbers are good, there are still pain issues, fatigue, depression. These can be sneaky, you may even think you feel normal, til you lose the weight. At 175 lbs, I look worse and feel better than I ever did at 270lbs.
Thank you for your kind comment.
Load More Replies...I cannot see why so many people are having problems with OP promoting a unhealthy lifestyle. First if all, I don't think that she is "fat", just a little bit over "normal". And maybe they all did not read that she has FIVE kids - women tend to gain weight during pregnancies. With five kids around, it is not that easy to do sports or prepare some instagram-worthy super-duper-healthy food all the time. Sometimes is just have to be pizza and burgers. And don't forget the stress that five kids cause, even if they are like angles. I think, either my kids or I would not have survived without lots and lots of chocolate:)
And once again BP cares little for the health of society. As long as we don’t hurt anyone’s feelings it’s ok if we lead physically painful, short lives.
let that be someone else's problem then and ignore these posts if you dont like them
