Probably we need to put the same effort into investigation and law enforcement of such cases of animal cruelty that we would into attempt murder of a human being.

Time for Karma to find the person who did this. Perhaps they get their mouth duct taped shut, their hands and legs bound together and left somewhere...

What I will never understand: so, you've got a dog. Okay. You don't want them anymore. Okay. You have some reason to not go to animal shelter. Okay, maybe. But why, why the hell you give it no chance to survive, or in the best case to get a new home? Why? Why tape the dog? Or like other people, who put dogs in a bag? How many hate do you feel for your "ex-pet"? If you are a person like this, why do you wanted a dog someday? I really don't get it. This is so cruel. If you don't want your pet anymore, and can't go to the animal shelter, give it at least a chance to survive! Like put them somewhere in public or at least without tapes, bags or some s**t, that kills them slowly and reduce the chance to find them alive! I really wanted to understand people like this but I suppose I never will.

I most certainly am a fan of an eye for an eye. I would do the exact same to the person what they did to the animal.

Why on earth would someone do something like this? If you think you "have to get rid" of your dog, can't you just search for a new loving home? Or if even this is too much to ask for, why can't you bring the dog to a shelter?

-.- if you don't want your dog any longer and don't care to bring him to a shelter at least have the decency to simply let him (or her) go... a big heartfelt thanks to all people who rescue all those creatures, animal or human, who have been given up and condemned to die - mostly on a whim... ...

I am just now seeing the story and I’m very very thankful to Carlos and his friend for saving this beautiful little furry person. Whoever did this deserves to be tied and bound and that’s still too good no beautiful soul has the right to be treated like this an update would be really great. I would love to know that the furry baby is safe, healthy and very much loved and cared for bless your hearts for saving this beautiful child

What a lucky dog to be found by people who actually care. Jeezus, who does something like this? If that person didn't want the dog, why not give it to someone who'd love it and care for it. If only they could find the owner, then tape his mouth shut and tie him up with duct tape and tubing.

I agree with Brigitte. The people that had done that to that helpless animal should be treated the same way. Nothing makes my blood boil more than the abuse of an animal or a child. Who would do this to a dog? Releasing pets into the wild is cruel enough, but sentencing to long and tormenting death is just beyond everything! Just thinking of such monsters walking by is breaking me into cold sweat.

Thanks to the hero that saved him. Things like this make me sick to my stomach and it's very depressing to think that a so-called human could do such a thing. I guarantee you that I would have no problem ending the life of the despicable scumbag that did it.

I wish that there was a such thing as god, but it's more obvious there's no such thing. And I wish that there were also an International Vigilante group who'd secretly go around find these subhuman monsters and punish them harshly so that they'd know what it's like to be abused the way that they have incurred on those most Innocent beings: the dogs, the cats, and all of the other animals out there. Some people do not deserve to be included in "human" rights If not human, no right !!!

It staggers me that the piece of s**t human didn't just give up the dog to a rescue shelter, or just dump it so it could scavange but this piece of s**t human, tied his muzzle so it couldn't eat or drink and it's legs, so the poor dog, would've just slowly starved to death. This vile human deserve no empathy and the same should be done to him.
