You can find other ways to express your self. We all are empowered with our own gifts, you just have to find yours.

Play with clay, gardening, just draw anything - it does not have to be good. I used to play the piano - terrible at it - but i just used to play the keys. You do it for yourself, the restnof the world does not matter. You do it because at that moment you can focus on something (mindfulness) and for a short while the darkness is kept at bay.

Write. Not Necessarily about you, but create a story. Poor emotions into that

I found a wonderful antidepressant that saved my life. Over the years, I tried many before finding the one that worked for ME.

Keep trying, anyone can draw if they practice. I could show an example for myself but that would give away my identity. I'm telling you it is literally just practice.

I don’t really know if I can help very much, but I would say you should draw whatever and however you want, it doesn’t have to be “good”, it should just express how you feel.

Each one of us is good in something. Not just good, amazing! Please try to find what you are amazing in, and don't give up until you do! I wish you a beautiful journey finding it.
