Just like in my last post, in this one too, I have done my best to compile a new and prolonged list featuring many more of the most popular cartoon characters ever created. I’ll do my best to show you what characters like Homer Simpson, Flynn Rider, Lilo Pelekai, and many more would look like if they were to magically turn into humans (one could wish, right?)!

Thanks to all of you, the first part of this project went viral, making my Instagram account go from 5k to 197k followers in over a month or so. Interviews on radio, television, and online platforms have become sort of a routine these last few days and I’m really very grateful for everything.

With all of that said, enjoy part 2 of the project and I’ll see you in the comments down below!

More info: Instagram

When it comes to editing one image from this exact series, it takes me an average of two and a half hours. But also it's worth noting that a lot also depends on the character I'm doing! Some are easier and others are harder so its pretty situational if you ask me. We will see how well it's gonna go in the future as well.

In my last post, I'm pretty sure I mentioned which characters were my favorite ones to make. Given that it's a sequel, I decided to continue with the tradition! When I was working on this post, my favorite characters to edit were all of the characters from the Simpsons and the He-man... but if I'm being honest, I like them all, haha.

When it comes to the future characters that I'd like to bring to life, well... there are many and my followers also keep suggesting a lot of other characters that I could do. Recently I've been getting a lot of suggestions on doing Hanna Barbera, and I believe they would make a great challenge!

However, at times when I'm working on all of these characters, it gets pretty tiring, especially when I'm really set on making sure the character would look like a modern-day person while also retaining their key features. It all pays off in the end, since people seem to be enjoying it and it makes me happy in return.

Right now I'm working on a new project which I briefly mentioned in my last post. My newest project after this one will probably be the celebrities who passed away too soon, so be on the lookout for that one!

After I went viral all I can say is that I feel accomplished. My life changed after that. I managed to move a lot of people. It's so exciting to know that I can make people happy with my work. It certainly fueled my inspiration!

for those of you who dont know what acquiescent means, cause i sure didnt, it means passive; not strong-willed (which is the opposite of merida)

This is the only one so far that feels way off. She's wild and tough, not a makeup model.

Presumably the Merida from the film has already been glamorized to make her more appealing to a certain audience, and this is taking it way too far. I want to see scars and scabs on her face.

Disney has a habit of baby-face. On Merida, because she has a round face because she is Scottish, it gives more of an oval because babyface also tries to round your face out.

How do you know if she would wear makeup or not? She's a computer generated character. She can do whatever people want her to. And if you look closely, she HAS no makeup.

Why do all Disney princesses have to be drop dead gorgeous? Merida was supposed to be approachable with average looks,, with a round face, probably freckles and wild frizzy hair.

The short answer to your question.........because nobody wants to bang the troll under the bridge lol and to totally flip the question?......quasi modo? Hahah people are shallow, what can I say. It's ingrained in our DNA. Another way to put it..... A rolled up dog turd or a fresh crispy apple. Which one would you eat? Lol you'd say apple right away and only think of the bruised up peach afterwards. That's why Disney does that and funknwaggles I feel like I just wrote an essay hahah

No. She's written as a proud tomboy. Her wild hair is because she doesn't spend too much time and care on it. The AI depiction is portrayed as having frizz-free, tame curls. THAT DOES NOT HAPPEN ON ITS OWN!!!!!!!!!!! Can you tell I have curly hair?

Nah. This one seems way of to me. No features seem correct. I would say the biggest difference is in the noses. Merida's nose is more pointy button and upturned.

The voice wouldn't match. Thats a kind smile. Merida always had a confident smile and a confident (er) stance.

I agree! But maybe this is one of the first ones the author tried? Some seem to get more "layered" in human nuances than others...This looks like Scarlett Johannsen (sp?) to me, whereas I imagine Merida's physical presence to be more of a cross between Louisa Madrigal and the current Rapunzel... with a lot of Pippi Longstocking thrown in for good measure... sometimes it takes a while to "see" what makes something or someone recognizable, and then hit the nail on the head reproducing it... it sure is worth trying though, as this selection illustrates!!!

Her hair color is exactly the same as the cartoon’s and has no basis in reality. That color is from a bottle as is so much of this look. Annoying because the others actually have real hair color as the AI version. As a red headed freckled girl I’m disappointed in this fantasy version of Merida and would never say that’s the same person.

Typical. "A girl can't be cute and kick ass, that's OP". The wild red color and curls match, the eyes match, the face is round like a Scot, Scottish button nose...yeah, that's Merida. She's a teen.
