Many will agree that humor is simply better with a bit of edge. If that sounds like something you would say, Bathpoopoo has quite a collection of content for your entertainment. Twisted, funny, and weird - it’s hard to keep a straight face with these comics and their surprising endings.
The 29-year-old artist of Bathpoopoo hasn’t shared his name on social media but that didn’t get in the way of him gaining over 17K followers who enjoy his weekly posts. According to Bathpoopoo’s Instagram bio, Barack Obama describes these comics as the "most messed up ever", however, we have a hunch it’s just to capture our attention, which it totally did. Scroll down to see some of the best comics by this artist.

Covid treats everyone equally- doesn't matter if you're a monster, or a hooman
“I got out of a relationship and had more spare time for a new hobby,” the artist told us about the beginning of his comic series. “I enjoy drawing and I almost always take nothing seriously... So comics were a way to mix the two up.”
“It was my birthday that year and I don't think I got any presents that I particularly liked... so I decided to gift myself an iPad to try drawing. It was an impulse purchase. Eventually, I made some friends in the comic artist community and we motivated and inspired each other by giving feedback, critiques.”
The talented artist mostly dabbles in dark humor: “I like to challenge norms and what people expect to see in comedy. But I don't really have a choice and have to also keep it family-friendly since I post comics only on Instagram. I draw horror comics as well sometimes because I love horror movies and shows. Also loved drawing monsters and creatures as a kid.”
“And I try to mix in some humor into my horror-themed comics sometimes as well... cause why not? It's very niche and hopefully, my audience enjoy it. Over the 2 years, I feel my style has changed quite significantly and I felt like I've pushed myself to improve the art on each new comic.”
When asked about any possible difficulties, the artist told us: “I think I've met some burnout... also something maybe not everyone acknowledges but in my opinion, comic artists will not be able to thrive on Instagram, especially if they are just starting out there.
I personally feel that the golden era of growth in the Instagram space if you're a comic artist that makes only 2D comics is going to or has already come to an end.”
As for turning his growing social media following into a career, the artist says: “I’m super introverted and not into putting my face out in public as an influencer or anything. So streaming is probably out of the question. I just might try animation maybe... TikTok/YouTube or something if Instagram continues to stifle the growth of small comic artists.”
“Currently, I have a full-time job and I can't afford to embarrass myself by making silly dance videos or pranking people in public. By going viral that way, I’d probably get fired from my real job,” the artist says jokingly.
Hmm.. I wonder what would've happened if it was his ✨MUM✨
I'm very uncomfortable with the energy we've created in BP today
These may disturb others but honestly most of the horror themed ones are making me giggle.
