This Is What Happens After The Christmas Decorations Go Up If Your Dad Is A Photographer
Ah, Christmas time! When temperatures start to drop, boxes come out of the attic, the tree and decorations start going up, the kid’s excitement meters are at their peak and Dad has the camera out ready to capture it all!
This will be our third Christmas since I picked up a camera and started photographing our family memories. It was my wife’s idea and now I’m wondering if she is regretting it yet.
She wanted me to start capturing these moments just over two years ago and now I can’t seem to put the camera down and take anything seriously anymore. At any rate. The tree is up and the house is decorated, but the photos are just beginning. Christmas is such a fun and nostalgic moment for us, and we want to share our moments with you.
For those of you who are interested in how I captured these photos. I used a Sony a7II with a 35mm 1.4 lens and post-processed them in Lightroom and Photoshop. If you would like to learn more about how I capture my photos or see more of my work, visit my website and social media pages.
