When pet parents think about routine care, they often consider grooming. However, proactive healthcare isn't always top of mind. We loved the pet salon photo booth as a way to engage with pet parents in a space they regularly visit and to start conversations about their pets' healthcare.

Over three days, we encountered thousands of different pets and pet parents. Although there were many different personalities, one thing remained consistent - pet parents love their pets and would do anything for them. This enthusiasm energized us and reaffirmed the importance of making great pet care more accessible to pet parents.

We wanted to connect with pet parents to hear about the barriers they face when accessing excellent pet care. In exchange for their time, we aimed to provide them with a lasting memory of their pet to cherish.

Most virtual vet services automatically assign the next available vet to the pet parent. With Vetster, pet parents have the opportunity to browse thousands of vets and choose the one that's right for them. This may mean selecting the fastest available vet, finding someone local, or finding someone with specialized expertise tailored to their pet's unique needs. While Vetster vets primarily treat dogs and cats like other platforms, only Vetster extends their services to other species. Vetster vets have also treated pigs, bees, and even an alligator.
