Early on in my relationship with my boyfriend, I started making little drawings of a fox and a lady cat. What first started as a playful fictionalised representation of my boyfriend and I and our inside stories, quickly became something else.

I started referencing the two characters I had created as Mr. Fox and Kitty Cat and eventually they detached themselves from my own relationship. I had grown so fond of them that I thought they deserved their own little world of adventures.

As an aspiring children book author/illustrator, I am planning on creating a series of small book involving these two and exploring various storylines.

I still take inspiration from my personal life and experiences. The body of work presented here relates, more or less, our trip to Knoydart, Scotland over the Summer. Eventually, I will complete this series with further illustrations to create the first book of Mr. Fox & Kitty Cat Adventures.
