Earlier this year I contacted a haunted house near me to see if we could shoot my Dark Carnival clowns there. THEY SAID YES! I shot these last weekend on their opening day.

Small spaces but incredibly detailed sets with vintage vibes had me in absolute heaven. They hand-painted the walls and selected old props to create a Bates Motel Vibe entrance and motel.

Entering through the bamboo curtains into Motel Room 1E, they attached an old dirty kitchen with '70s curtains and rusty beer cans. Next stop—a bloody mattress in a motel room with an antique vanity set and suitcases.

The shoot continued through body bags, a bloody bathroom, psychedelic paintings, stacked grocery carts, and... Well, I won't spoil it for you. Keep scrollin'!
