A 28-year-old Varun Bhanot, having decided to surprise his girlfriend – Anisha Seth, told her that they would board a helicopter to celebrate her birthday. However, once high above the ground,  he proposed in a creative way.

Anisha, who loves everything about science-fiction and space, got into the helicopter convinced they were going to have just a “casual” flight over the Cheshire countryside near the Jodrell Bank Observatory. She didn’t even suspect that the most memorable sight of the trip was going to be a huge message in a cornfield – “Anisha, marry me?”
