It is thought that bakers prepared the first pizza dish in Naples in the 1600s. Over the centuries, pizzerias have evolved so much, they're using every trick in the book to attract new customers. And when they finish that book, they begin writing a new one. Skyline, and competitor Gold Star, are chili restaurants based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Their unique recipes reflect the Mediterranean origin of the founders. Both serve their chili over spaghetti!!! Love it or hate it, Cincinnati-style chili creates its own niche in American cuisine.
