Every craft has its mysteries. And while you can decode them through long hours of research and trial-and-error, you can also learn about them from those who have already mastered the art. Of course, not everyone wants to share their secrets. But Barcelona-based photographer Jordi Puig does.
He has become adept at using various tools to make his shot truly immersive. The best part, however, is that Jordi provides a behind-the-scenes look at his creative process, showing how you can adapt his methods as well.

I am just thinking "Please dont hit the camera with one of those" . Can see how easy a broken lense might happen. If the didnt add protection after pic 1. But lovely pic.
i reckon you should do the same but without the man (no hate just constructive comments)
Of all the shots using this technique, this is the one that makes the most sense to me. It actually provokes feelings.
Just about every other shot is made by hanging something from a string, throwing something (glass shards, stones, sprinkles, water) from the "wrong" direction into the pic, or taking the shot through something (paper sheets, strainer etc). "Creative tricks" ended after about eight pics.
yep, sure they look cool... but it gets old fast.
