Hi! We’re having fun and I was asked by Bored Panda to submit our pics from Instagram - which I obviously did but had no idea about the site prior to the submission. When IG started for us, I really wanted some good shots of my family to laugh at (in a good way) when the kids get older - I’m also an art/drama/dance teacher so regular ‘stand and smile’ at the camera pics are very neutral to me - I wanted to get creative. Our messy house and crazy life is rarely documented but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist ;) We’re just having fun and hopefully people can appreciate the thought and creativity going into some of the pics.

I got it and thx for your reply. Just a question for if you want to reply. Do you think that for our societies is good to keep seeing all of these perfection? I mean, your photos are very very nice but I'm asking myself if people - for example young people - could create a misconception about reality by crating excessive expectations. Because it's a real thought the one that compares the person's life with other's life...this question it's not just for you, but for everyone who work in this sector. Bye Giacomo

Hey Ellis - I find changing diapers, cleaning up spills and messes and full-filling constant demands exhausting and occasionally mundane. Although I fully understand that these are all part of ‘parenting and motherhood’ and I feel extremely blessed to BE a mother, I do need a creative outlet occasionally and photography is it 🤗. Otherwise - I’d go nuts 😂.

I'm a white person and I upvoted this. If you want to share your photos fine, but don't include the "...to fight boredom." in the title. I have worked full-time or more since I was 13 years old and had so little time to be bored that I worked 40+ hours a week through 8 months of aggressive cancer treatment in 2016/2017. I would have loved to have this kind on time on my hands at any point in my life.

I’m not following you on how boredom is a while people problem. That sounds way off base. But I will say that this whole post looks like some white people b******t. Super bland and cookie cutter.
