Audi's like this. Bouche likes the bathroom sink, and I pet her there. Audi will flop helplessly to the floor, because I never pet him ever. He gets more pets than she does, just not in the bathroom.
Audi is clumsy, and not just because of his weight. As a kitten, he was always falling over because whatever he was doing was far more important than learning to stay upright on his fat soft can-opener.
A cat I used to belong to years ago would try to chase the part that does the actual printing.

Haha! I betcha, most cats seem to prefer their real names out of the millions of nicknames we give them.. But my cat (named Nugget) has so much, new one every day, he just doesn't give a f**k anymore- out of anything, I mostly call him "Spooby, Schmoopie, Moogie & Smoofy-kins." I use the first one so often, he responds to it the most & I think he thinks it's his real name, he likes it 😆
