“Every Thanksgiving My Little Cousin Challenges Me To Checkers. I’ve Been Documenting Her Defeat For The Past 9 Years”
Every year since 2009, somebody who goes by the name of IdiotSavant has been challenging their little cousin to a game of checkers during the family Thanksgiving dinner. And every year since 2009, he’s beaten her. Not content with mere victory however, the winner has made a point of documenting his cousin’s various defeats throughout the years, perhaps to inspire her to do better next time, or perhaps because he just finds it really funny. Scroll down for nine years of failure. Will he make it ten? I guess we’ll find out next year.

Share on FacebookI'm finding I'm quite impressed if that's their home with all their books. I would be going through all the books. It looks like a shop but you say it's during the dinner, so my guess is that is a family home.
Either she started accepting defeat with more dignity... Or it's not defeat anymore and you don't want to tell us!! :)
Maybe she is a slow learner ,but she will learn and thank you for every lesson you teach her. 😎
Why does this family have dinner in a public library? or why would they have magazine display racks and label all their books at home with white stickers?
I'm wondering that as well. But I have bought many library books when they've had sales so perhaps with the library tags.
Load More Replies...A great family documentation. If she ever wins, the photo will likely be amazing in contrast.
Gross, in 2013 there's a guy in the background with his finger up is nose eww
