The corgi's body shape, can give the appearance of overweight, therefore, difficult to tell, Enrico, does look overweight, if so check with the vet, health issues can become an issue !!!

I see in comments, others agree that Erico, is overweight, one of the health problems is diabeatis, please take your sweet baby to the vet, a healthy dog lives longer !!!

Something tells me all these adventures are short-lived and staged for a nice picture. Doggy needs a diet to really enjoy live.
