Why would they need to cancel and "get back what they can"? Just go on the vacation, like you were anyways. You'll just have an extra day or two that was originally for the wedding for exploring.

I'm sure I'll get downvoted. I use paper towel so I can just dispose of them and not have more laundry. I would have to find somewhere to store them too, and I don't have much space. I guess you could use them multiple time before washing them, but that sounds gross unless it's just water. I'll stick to my paper towels. If you can use them multiple times and wash them, they are pretty much just like cloth towels imo.

I agree, the customer service reps time is really wasted on this kind of stuff. It's just ridiculous that someone in their A/R department isn't looking at this kind of stuff. I worked for 9 years as an A/P manager, and the amount of time I would have to waste calling a vendor asking for this type of thing to be written off was ridiculous. Even with the automation we have today, things like rounding errors cause slight discrepancies all the time. Just fix it and not waste everyone else's time.

This is funny to read but I do feel bad for the customer service rep. As someone who works in customer service, people are pretty unbearable. I would probably be really annoyed over something like that taking time from other people. That's just my two cents though. It's really funny seeing revenge on the company but I feel sympathy for the individual.

LLBean too. I bought my husband a parka from them in 2003. A couple years ago the zipper finally broke. Called LLBean, and they said to send it back and they’d replace the zipper. I had it replaced locally because I needed it fixed fast. They said to email them the receipt, which I did, and they reimbursed me for 100% of the cost.
