My name is Sofia and I've been using art as an exploration tool and as a way to spread mental health awareness by visualizing bipolar disorder's symptoms through drawings.

One of my goals is to bring attention to this condition, since about 46 million people globally experience it and it's often misunderstood. I've been stable for years and that has made it difficult to create new pieces, but I'm still a mental health advocate, devoted to a career in behavioral sciences.
