Hey Pandas, Am I Wrong For Wanting Financial Help From My Wealthy Best Friend?

Easy. You reach out to her and ask for her help finding a job you can do within your limitations. Remotely or flex-time etc. Ask her to help you help yourself. Then, if she sees the situation in all it's details and wants to offer money to help you temporarily then that's her comfort level. If not, then you at least have someone on your team helping you find solutions/resources in the meantime.

Sorry, this one is annoying. Small child being the center of attention on expensive equipment with a facial expression that she's showing off, not trying to play something sweet for the bride and groom. In the mirror reflection you can see everyone filming her. This isn't her first rodeo stealing the show and I doubt she was hired as the musical entertainment.

I don't understand residuals. So, as an actor, you accept a role. You play character Y on one episode and get paid $1000. Then, you get paid tiny bits of money when it re-airs? And they're mad these bits of money are too small? When I work at a company and write a manual, I don't get additional pay each time the company uses the manual - I got paid to write it, and it becomes the company's property. So... I guess I just wonder why they want additional payment for each view, when they receive an up-front payment for selling their image and talent. I'm sure they must deserve it, I just don't understand.

Losing too much weight too fast will damage your kidneys. Happened to my father who was trying to go into retirement in better shape. Lost 60 pounds in 2 months eating ONLY salads and drinking water. No carbs or fat. All cardio no weight training. Somehow destroyed one kidney and impaired the other one, he is on daily dialysis now. After it happened I did some research and it seems that your body gets used to the fat in your system which helps curb the toxin filtration. Losing too much too fast is like throwing extra dirt into a filter all at once instead of little at a time. The right way to do it is a few pounds a week with both weight lifting and cardio, also still include some carbs and fat in your diet even if it takes a longer to shed off the pounds. Maybe this is common knowledge because I had somewhat heard this before but I had never seen how it shreds through kidneys so quickly before.

Mother Says "No" When Two Neighbor Boys Ask If They Can Hang Out With Her 2-Year-Old Son, Their Mom Comes Banging At Her Door

I know people don't like to rock the boat with neighbors. I'd politely explain that you don't let anyone who hasn't gone through proper cpr and babysitting training and is at least 18 years old to be in charge of him but thanks for their interest. I'd leave out anything blaming them for potential ill behavior (even though that'd be what I was thinking) but I'd try to stay out of the focus of mischeivous kids.
