I only know a little Greek from theology and biology, but I suspect it's related to Lutrotes, which means "redeemer," or "liberator," probably referencing Christ. Certainly wouldn't seem to be a bad tattoo.

The woman was not home when the evacuation orders came through. She tried to go back home for the dogs but by then it was mandatory evac ( there are different levels from be prepared to flee now ) and they would not let her go.
