Hey Pandas, Do You Have Any Panic Attack Advice? (Closed)

i don't know if this will work for you but if you feel one coming on, open up a blank google doc or note or even paper if that works better and start writing down every thought that comes to your mind, the purpose of this is to empty your mind and if it helps to have a word counter on, do it. continue to breathe and wiggle your fingers and toes. and always have a person you trust on speed dial if you're alone. let them know ahead of time why you might call them and have a code word or something. they might be able to help you through the attack. and for me, sometimes when it happens i forget everything i planned to do to help myself, so if you need to, write down either a physical or digital list of things that help you. i hope this helps and just remember, you're not alone <3.
