Hey Pandas, What Simple Great Ideas Do You Have That Would Make The World So Much Better In Your Opinion?
I have a few about how to change governments: Legistlative: Instead of Congress/Parliment, we have 100 seats on a Council, which each have their own criteria based on census data for the population and the percentage of certain groups in that country (i.e., 50/50 male/female, an amount of LGBTQ+/POC seats equivalent to the percentage of those individuals in the country, a wide spectrum of ages) Executive: No more parties, and CERTIANLY not an Electoral College or anything. Electoral College delegates aren't legally required to vote the way their state did, and I think its f****d up that you can win the popular vote and lose because of the Electoral College. Judicial: Judges are not allowed to have political parties. They must be isolated from any world events not relevant to the cases at hand to ensure impartial judgement. They also have to have served before, have a law degree, and not be allowed to physically see the defenant/plaintiff to prevent bias. The epitome of justice is blind. General: Amendments are always proposed by the people, no matter what. State laws are removed from the books IMMEDIATELY if a federal case deems them illegal. All prisons are government run, and must be checked regularly to insure that they are focused on rehabilitation, not punishment, and are HUMANE, SAFE, facilities for both the guard and inmates. I've said it before and I've said it again, I should be in charge of planning the government of a country, because I am discriminated against in a variety of ways and want to prevent others from facing the same.Show All 3 Upvotes

Hey Pandas, What's An Interesting Fact About You Or Your Family?
When my mom was about 9, she went to see her great grandfather, whose surname was spelled slightly differently from hers. Let’s say that her maiden name was Browne, and his surname was Brown. He said that her name was spelled differently because back many generations, her ancestor was a horse thief that changed his name slightly so as not to get caught. She didn’t believe him. Fast forward a decade, she’s in college, and there’s someone there with the surname of Brown. My mom told her that her surname was Browne. The girl said “that’s funny, I’ve heard a story about your family.” Turns out it was true, and our ancestor changed his name because he was a horse thief.

Hey Pandas, What Is The Biggest Lie You Have Told Yourself And Others?
I’m just dieting. Turns out anorexia isn’t such a great diet plan.
Hey Pandas, What Is The Weirdest Thing You Or Someone You Know Have Ever Eaten Or Drank?
I had a lollipop with a grasshopper in it just to say that I did. I was 13. It tasted a little like almonds and really bitter. It was disgusting. It was squishy and crunchy and even a bit juicy. I cannot un-feel or un-taste that monstrosity.
Hey Pandas, What Is The Weirdest Conversation You Have Eavesdropped On?
I was at school sitting at the same table as a group of friends discussing a new boy. I didn’t know any of them. They were talking about what classes they have together, how smart he is, but mainly they were saying how hot he was. One of them said “he has a face perfect for sitting on”. To this day, I’m dying to know which classmate was the new boy

"I'm straight" I'm very not straight
Hey Pandas, Tell Me Some Shower Thoughts
1) Are we closer to the beginning of time, or to the end of our existence? 2) Isn’t it funny how the amount of people older than you never changes? 3) The fact that its weird talking to yourself, but not singing to yourself? 4) Randomly hearing your favorite song on the radio is more exciting or entertaining than just playing it from your choice. 5) Plants are practically farming us, giving us oxygen and providing needs until we expire and turn into mulch which they consume for their better living. 6) Lawyers hope you get sued, doctors hope you get sick, cops hope you’re a criminal, mechanics hope you have car trouble, but only a thief wishes prosperity for you. 7) Think about it, as a kid, not noticing it, you too are watching your parents grow up, just not as fast. 8) Tall people are expected to use their reach to help shorter people, but if a tall person were to ask a short person to hand them something they dropped on the floor, it'd be insulting. 9) People who dislike themselves aren’t ugly, their just not their own type. 10) Isn’t it weird that we are the future, the past, and the present all at once? 11) Can dogs be smarter if they understand some human words mean something consistent, but we can’t tell if certain barks mean something? 12) Taxes are like a subscription to your country that you can’t cancel, no matter how bad the service gets. And childhood is your free trial. 13) A ton of people is 12 to 15 people, or 3 Americans. 14) Scientists are adult kids stuck in the “why phase” 15) You are never done clapping until the last time in your life that you clap. Every other clap is just in longer intervals but from your first to last ever clap you are continually clapping. 16) In order to fall asleep, you need to pretend to be asleep. 17) Love is blind, lust is Helen Keller. And that’s why words are the most powerful weapon of insult. Oh wait…. 18) When the older generation is saying this generation is terrible, they’re basically saying they were terrible parents. And they forget we’re limited in what we can do with the world we’re inheriting from them. 19) If a stranger insults me, I’ll probably ignore it, as their opinion is meaningless. If a stranger compliments me, I'll probably treasure it, as their opinion is important. 20) The Japanese flag could just be a pie chart of how much of Japan is Japan, but is the part that is Japan, the white? Or the red? 21) The object of golf is to play the least amount of golf, I’ve never played golf, I guess I’m winning. 22) Brushing your teeth is the only time you clean your skeleton. 23) “Where are you” is probably the least used phrase in sign language, “please keep it down” could be a runner up. 24) All marijuana is considered medical marijuana if you believe laughter is the best medicine. 25) If Opposites attract, I should be dating a Straight, Rich, Gorgeous, Cis dude with a loving family.

That I’m hungry, and I will eat something, but that’s all a lie, I’m not hungry, and I don’t want to eat anything at all because I would rather starve.

That it's okay, that I'm not mad. I'm furious. I have so much rage pent up from years of mistreatment, rage that I have pushed away to keep from rocking the boat. I keep saying it's okay. It's not.
Hey Pandas, What Is The Weirdest Conversation You Have Eavesdropped On
I was at a family reunion and all my uncles and my dad were cooking the turkey in the garage I went and sat at the door eaves dropping. I heard them all discussing how long it would take to cook the baby in the turkey fryer. They were all drunk and watching my sisters baby. So I walked in and quickly took the baby inside with me before they got any ideas.

Hey Pandas, This Is A Safe Space, Go Ahead And Vent
I have a friend, let’s call her E. E and I have known each other since I can remember, and we spent a lot of time together over the summer. She came out to me as cupioromantic asexual over the summer, and I told her I’m bi-ace. We got really close, talking about sexuality, religion, mental health, and even sleeping on each other’s shoulders, but I think I feel a lot closer to her than she feels to me. It’s not in a romantic way at all, I just love her a lot. Anyways, I now see her about once every 1-2 weeks, which hurts like hell. Even when I do get to see her, it’s in-group, so it’s not the closeness that I’m craving. In group, we can’t talk about anything openly because we don’t know who will tell all our parents. I also feel guilty about missing her so much because I know that others have long-distance friendships/relationships that are much harder. Sorry for the long rant, it felt shorter as I was writing it.
