honestly, I don't think neither this not the oposite is true...but getting together with somebody, because you loved them is one thing. bringing kids into that is another decision that has to be made with care. because there are a few years of childhood, when the children are going to take most of your time, and it should. of course as they grow, they'll be less dependant and as parents you slowly recover some of your adulting life...but if you are together and don't want to go trough that, then don't get kids. in any way, if you are a healthy person, if you spend a few years of your life with more focus on your kids, you'll still have enough years left to enjoy life afterwards...getting married because you want kids, or getting kids because that's what you "do" when you are married are catastrophic arguments, that nobody gains on
