If I had the power I would go back to the time Europeans were colonizing the Americas. I would write books that explain and humanize Native American's culture and way of life. I would try to fight for their right's to stay on their land. I have several. I have only one memory of eating soup with my great grandma, who I remember being very close to. My only sleepover with my best friend, who died just over a year ago. There are more than one for certain. I realized you should cherish them all because they go away so fast. Maybe it's just me, but I wish I had a special shelf in my brain for all these memories to remind me that life is more amusing than it sometimes seems. I tried to dig deeper now and found that one memory of when my friends and I traveled to Tallinn, Estonia. On the last day of the trip, we didn't sleep all night and watched the sunrise. Various moments from my childhood. Though each of them was different, they all had similar qualities. Everything was innocent, new, fresh, and interesting. I was full of hopes and dreams and felt unlimited potential.
Hey Pandas, If You Could Have Anything In The World, What Would It Be And Why?
I know this is cliche' but I've done a lot of thinking about this and if I could have anything it would be endless money, here's why: Not just to pay off my bills and finally be able to tell my kids "Yes" more than "No" (vacations and stuff like that) but if I had endless money I could help everyone. Every single mother that struggles for formula, diapers, child care so she can work. Elderly that can't pay for prescriptions and housing. The shriner's hospital (that one is personal because if not for them almost 40 years ago I wouldn't walk and be what I am today). Homeless people would have homes. Starving children would eat. Abused / abandoned animals would have homes. There's so much I would do and love every minute of it.
