Ummm…fact check your opening statement there. Overturning Roe v Wade did not make abortion illegal in any states. It’s simply gave the states the right to decide for themselves, and several states chose to make it illegal. The Supreme Court had nothing to do with determining, where it would or would not be illegal. People really need to understand that concept, it’s your state you need to be upset with, and you need to be voting if you disagree with their decision. Being upset with the supreme court does nothing.

I'm an old Gen-X (I think, born 1980). I admit for several years I've been all about these danged "snowflakes" that don't want to work, don't want to earn, don't want to strive for success like I did. I've been reading this new generations "snowflake about work" posts for a couple years, usually to snark at them. But since my son turned 18 last year...you know what? I'm kind of starting to hear it. I'm 43, for 25 years I've done nothing but work to get where I am. I've missed most of my kids's milestones. Can't tell you the name of a single on of their teachers their entire life. I have some money, a good house (finally), etc. But I'm starting to understand this new-fangled idea that maybe....my time was worth more than what I got for it. And I should value my own time, and my time with my family, even if it means a few dollars less in the pocket each month. Just maybe......
