I’m a little confused, how does construction foam lead to legs being amputated? Why not just carefully remove the foam? Did necrosis occur? Can someone explain?

Or when the dad is the obviously better caregiver for the kids but the mom still gets them. It makes me so sad when that happens. Being a woman doesn't make you an instantly better caregiver.
