One definition of a cult I found was this “a small religious group that is not part of a larger and more accepted religion and that has beliefs regarded by many people as extreme or dangerous” The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is a Christian organization, and that is generally accepted. I don’t know of any beliefs of the church that are dangerous or super extreme. I firmly believe my religion isn’t a cult. It’s sacred to me and it has helped me in many VERY REAL ways.
