Why do people give up on their dreams?
There was once a fox that wanted to eat some delicious cherries. Because the cherries were hanging from a branch that was high above the ground the fox had to keep jumping and jumping in order to reach them.

After lots of tries and a long while the fox gave up on his dreams by claiming that he didn’t want the cherries anyways because they would have tasted bad!!

While this is not a true story it represents exactly the way we human beings react to lost dreams. People don’t just give up on their dreams directly but they twist facts then claim that they didn’t want them anyways!!
