Most of the time people try to go "above and beyond", get burned out for no recongnition, and end up doing just they job. Bosses invented "quiet quitting" to make you feel bad doing your job while they tan their pinkyes.
It's not "just a shower". Think about it, it is : going to the room, taking off your clothes, put them in the basket, go in the shower, do the 4~5 different task you have to do under the water, then get out, dry yourself and put on clothes again.

Having ADHD myself, all of these speak to me. I keep debating whether I should get on medication again, but I don't want to have another pill I might forget to take. I would set alarms, but if I'm not home or in the middle of something I would turn off the alarm and still forget
As someone who's on pain meds and antidepressants and should be on ADHD meds I feal you. WHY IS DECIDING TO STAND UP SO DARN HARD!?
