Old Toby. Finest..."weed"...in the Southfarthing. Hobbits know how to live.
Yes! A Buttcracker! And bring on the caganers!
Load More Replies...It took me a second. Then I tested what autocorrects would give me. "eieio" became "Meiosis" in a word processor, "Meiotic" here on Bored Panda, three phrases in Dutch, two which mean "You demand" but I never got "Europe." Darn it.
Somehow mine actually knows eieio, I can even use the swipe keyboard to get it

It does sound like sky-diving instructors and many sky divers in general. One time one of the chute packers went "I hope I got that one right" when a first-timer got their chute.
Maybe: Blinky = past, Pinky = present, Inky = future

Funny, but did you know they're not even in the spider family? Only just found that out recently, there more like aphids.
I'd love to add yet another a "common name" issue to my list. Which aphid like animal are you referring to? "Daddy-longlegs" often are part of the Opiliones. That's an order of arachnids (harvestmen/daddy longlegs). Which makes them related to spiders, scorpions, etc. Even more confusing is that the common cellar spider is sometimes called "daddy longlegs spider." And then there are those who think crane flies are called "daddy longlegs"..... it's a wonderful world, isn't it?

White was working instead of enjoying the show? SUUUUUUUUUUUSSSSSSSSSS! XP
Hey, the Doc's eyes are up... holy $h¡t, needs a Brosserie.
Load More Replies...The trolly car problem is really a trick question, because the question is: can you be held morally responsible for the outcome of the scenario? And the answer is no. It's clearly no. It doesn't matter what you do. For all intents and purposes, it's completely out of your hands. I mean, who the heck put me in charge of the lever? Someone has some explaining to do, and it ain't me.
It depends... If you knew what was going to happen and you -pulled- it anyway, barring coercion or threats, you are still partially responsible for the consequences... Not as much as the jackals who actually tied someone to the tracks to begin with, but still some. However, if you choose not to engage by refusing to pull it, that means everything that happens is -exclusively- the fault of whoever set it up. No matter what you do, you could not have prevented the trolley from hurting or killing someone, like you said. So as hard as it is, -doing nothing- is still the most morally defensible choice.

Everyone has to have insurance, so it's a really big market. If you're fighting for a significant portion of that really big market, then really expensive advertising campaigns are totally worth it dollar wise. Plus, it's some of the more entertaining advertisement out there. What would you rather watch between your show? And by show I mean the NFL.
my condolences to the family of adam johnson, if you don’t know him, look him up.
Elon Musk may admire N. Tesla, but he is not of that caliber, he's more like a NASA engineer with a lot of money and some good ideas, and D. Trump, saying stupid stuff without thinking of the reprocussions.
I get it, in a way both tangentially put pussy (please forgive my word usage until you further reflect on the implication) in a box.
* salute * Implications reflected upon, Doctor... ;-)
Load More Replies...There's a back story. Mordor didn't always have so many doors. It's called world building.
Just trying to be accessibility compliant -- last thing they need is suit from Frodo...
Load More Replies...And what about Gondor? They also had a reasonable number of doors. At least for most of the Third Age. Then some of their doors were gone after the siege of Minas Tirith.
