My Hope Is That These 17 Comics Will Help You Remain Positive In These Times
Over the past month or so, I created a series of comics chronicling my feelings and thoughts about the COVID-19 pandemic. The usual characters of the comic are readjusting to a new global reality of self-quarantine and lockdowns. Despite that, the animals try to stay cheerful and tackle issues like most of us. The wholesomeness is contagious, and let's hope that we all catch it from them!

Cat provides service with a smile, as she's the owner of the cafe and works hard to keep everyone happy. Cat has a seemingly uncanny ability to meet the needs of her guests.
Rabbit hops around the cafe assisting Cat in her day-to-day duties. As Cat's apprentice, Rabbit learns the ways of brewing delicious beverages, but also has to overcome his fear and anxiety.
Penguin is Cat's longtime buddy and a true coffee fiend. Always the first one to enter the cafe, Penguin cannot start his day without a visit to Cat's Café. Kiwi is a kiwi. Only says "kiwi." Best buds with Penguin. Always seems to have murderous intent.
Even though I'm experiencing a rather positive boost of creativity thanks to quarantine, I'm also mindful of the fact that the real coffee shop workers are now in suspense. Therefore, I'm hoping that Cat's Cafe can soon resume work back to normal, just like the real cafés. I have faith that more good news is on the way, since it's so dark and drab these days, but I'm almost certain we'll hear it eventually.
I haven't had a cut since January, and now my hair is the longest it's been since I was a teenager.
It's not the first time that I've featured my works at Bored Panda. You can check out the other posts here and here. They're more about the regular life that we were all used to, so you can check them out and compare how the animals are doing under different circumstances. If you enjoy my work, make sure you follow me on my social media accounts linked above. Cheers!
