My Close, Personal Portraits Of Cats And Dogs (Part 2)

A little over three months ago I shared the first part of this project here on Bored Panda, when I was really just doing it for fun. It picked up so much steam that I decided to dedicate myself full time to it.

Right now I’m working on getting the collection published into a book. These photos are all new, made in the last two months.

What is the mix on the first cat or is it a pure bred? I just find it interesting, I have never seen a cat look like that before.

Extraordinary! Each captures the soul that animals supposedly don't have!

I wish there were some pictures of "ugly" shelter cats as well. Or do only the pretty pedigree cats have souls? :(

That's a whole other series I'm working on. It's a lot harder to get them to look at the camera, as they're mostly a little too uneasy.
